The code I gave them changes to something different and the Hispanic older manager was very rude and other workers all gave attitude towards me for thier mistake. Wouldn’t honor code or let me use a different one was yelled at and told to get out or pay for an order. Then proceeded to get my order wrong. They need more training

every time i’ve gone to this mcdonald’s and ordered anything other than a happy meal, my order gets messed up. either missing items or something completely different. one time i had to wait 30 minutes for my food, just to find out they forgot about me i guess? horrible location, would not pick this mcdonalds or location over any other. employees are honestly brain dead, and that’s putting it nicely.

This mcdonalds is the slowest and has the most crew members with attitude your order ain’t ever right so I quit ordering food but still like the McDonald’s tea in itself but I go every other day and get a half gallon (I mean which 3 large teas) and every time I get pulled up and have to wait one time even 15 minutes for it I mean and have the time they are Hispanics and don’t realize nowadays alot of people know spanish and can understand that you are talking about me a customer right in my face!!! Had a taste for a Big Mac, although I don’t eat a lot of food from McDonald’s. Now I remember why. The bun was a bit large and fluffy when the hamburger “patties” were rather small. They put a lot of lettuce in it though which I liked. I wonder if one can order one of these with a quarter pounder patty?

Extremely rude employees and managers. Never told us the food would take another 5 minutes, just shut the drive through window and turned their back. When we honked the horn to get their attention the older woman next to the “teen” gave attitude saying “their chicken isn’t going to be ready for another 5-8 minutes, they’re just going to have to wait.” So we said it should have been mentioned to us. We pulled ahead and waited. The manager, Mariah McCoy, came to bring the food over and immediately started yelling at us that we were rude and had no right to treat a child that way. ??? Her “14 year old employee was now upset because of how we spoke to her and she was not rude at all.” She said she was standing right there (she wasn’t.) We were not rude, and when we tried to get a word in edgewise, she cut us off and kept saying “HAVE A GREAT DAY GOODBYE.” I said that it was the older woman that was rude and you’re not going to do anything about that? And she just shut the window on me.

I am truly upset I ordered through Grubhub 4/9/23 and placed order by 10:16am and then I got a delayed a few minutes 11:30am arrival after I got another delay 12:03 arrival and after my driver arrived 11:47am they didn’t have my order ready because breakfast was over. When I was waiting for this since 11:18am. Unprofessional and not good customer service!
