I placed two separate orders for my family for dinner, waited 15-20 minutes.Qtr Chs Dlx was not made or wrong up correctly, I did not notice because I was told that I had to go around the drive through a second time just to order a drink. Which took an additional 7 minutes. Got back home to my food and all my fries are re-dropped and Lukewarm, not to mention the other sandwiches which I order for my family ended up being lukewarm to almost cold. Which I don’t understand at all. I will not be returning to this location, I don’t recommend coming here during dinner hours.

We ordered a Sausage McMuffin and a a regular Egg McMuffin. Both breakfast sandwiches had NOTHING on it but egg on one and sausage on the other. Every other McDonald’s in the country has egg, cheese, and ham on the regular Egg McMuffin and the Sausage McMuffin has egg, sausage, and cheese. I called and spoke with the manager and she was very unapologetic and unprofessional. She said our order was correct. Will NEVER visit this location again.

Service was quick, friendly and accurate. The burgers were cold with unmelted cheese, but still edible. Store looked clean and organized. I’ll still order from this location again.

Takes forever to get your food and then when you finally get your food it’s a 50% chance that I’ll be incorrect. Customer service is terrible. Language barrier is not an issue as they are bilingual but they talk about their customers in another language so unprofessional and disrespectful. The food tastes horrible it’s cold most times. The price doesn’t match the quality of the food. I’d say skip this location when possible. It’s not worth the stress.

My boyfriend and I always go to this McDonald’s and the food is always good and they never get our order wrong! One lady who takes our order sometimes is always extremely nice, kind, and super polite (she needs a raise ASAP). Best McDonald’s in Hillsborough by far!

Our order was completed in a timely manner and our fries were hot, but the chicken sandwich was so burnt even my husband could smell it in the car. We are traveling or else I would have gone back into the store and asked for a new sandwich. What employee would put such an ugly piece of meat on a sandwich?!?!? What manager would allow such behavior?!?! No one is answering the phone. Warning! Check for burnt food before you leave!!

They need to put the tea dispensers out where you can get a refill instead of waiting in line for a refill, when it’s busy you can’t get a refill. I won’t be going back until they make it convenient to get a drink refill.

Food’s good, but service quality sucks. Breakfast shift is usually on point, but lunch and dinner… Could definitely do better. I easily drop $30 to $50 buying dinner for my family when we go to McDonald’s, I would like to see a little more effort. Also, it wouldn’t hurt for people to smile and be friendly… Seriously, everyone looks like they are dead inside.
Updated: Now that it has been 9 months since my last review I figured I would update. Everyone is desensitized. There’s no real greetings, no smiles, not even proper service. I ordered a McFlurry, chicken nuggets, a caramel frappe and french fries. Pretty simple. I think perhaps McDonald’s should come up with some kind of a device to mix their McFlurries… Like maybe a McFlurry machine… Oh wait… Just lazy.
