I was here Feb 28 and experienced a problem. Julie jumped in and corrected it. Her communication, friendly attitude, and hard work make her an excellent manager. I am assuming she is a manager because she certainly has the skills and personality.

This location has gone downhill bad. I’ve had two bad experiences the past two weeks. The first was inside. I ordered on the digital screen and paid. While waiting a group of 4 came in. The weed smell quickly filled the restaurant as soon as the door opened. It didn’t take long to see at least one in this group was an employee off the clock. The other employees were grinning, talking to them, a female employee was very obvious giving goo goo eyes at the dude. All 4 got their food before me and all I ordered was a McRib combo. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked about my order. The employee went to a screen and starting flipping displays and then pointed and said is this your order. I’m standing at least 18-24 feet from this little screen, like how was I supposed to see it. I repeated my order and continued to wait another 10 min before my order was ready. 40 minutes for a McRib combo with multiple others came in, got food, ate and left while I’m still waiting. The second time was the drive thru. Again, simple order of a McDouble combo. I was asked to pull forward to the wait window. I sat there for 25 minutes without anyone coming to the window while other cars are being parked in parking spaces and having their food brought out to them. The employee must have never thought why hasn’t this vehicle been waited on as long as it’s been there. At the 30 minute mark I blew my horn several times to get someone to the window. I explained what I was waiting for and the employee didn’t say a word just turned around and walked away. 5 minutes later I had my McDouble combo. Very unacceptable service. The entire evening staff need replaced.

I stopped by here around 12:45pm on a Saturday afternoon to grab lunch for my son and I while traveling to Charlotte. We each got the $5 meal deal with McDouble, fries, nuggets, and a drink. I placed order via mobile app and went to drive thru. I gave my code and moved through the line fairly quick. The food was hot and fresh. The staff were friendly. No complaints. This was a quick stop and we ate in the car.

They need new management. The food is mostly stale everytime. I get lucky once in a while and get it fresh. But the establishment needs new management. The youngsters obviously dont care about there job but how hard is it to make fresh fries or nuggets or chicken sandwiches? Wait till they get to the real world

The new workers here are extremely LAZY. All I see is a bunch of employees sitting around either chatting up a conversation or on their phone, basically doing NOTHING. It took at least 10 minutes or less this time to receive my food today but any other time it takes 30 minutes.. besides that fact this is the first time EVER!! That I find a SMALL CLUMP OF HAIR in my chicken nuggets after I had eaten four and spit out one after realizing what I had seen.. I’m disgusted and from here on out I will be checking my food for hair and not just to see if they had packaged all of what I had paid for. This is extremely unacceptable including whoever is manager or boss there not controlling what there employees should be doing, when I walked in there I had to literally walk around an employee to get to the touchscreen menu and order and while I was ordering other workers were messing with a card board cut out where you stick your face in for pictures yelling and everything until I would assume manager told them to stop because I was not far at all from them, after being called out they walked away. People should be fired and face consequences for having no responsibility or proper work ethic.

This restaurant has gone down hill. Slow and lazy service. Forgot 2 things on my order. Tell me how it takes 10 minutes from the moment I told them it was missing to get my kids milkshake? And on top of that had to ask 2 separate people. Thanks to the gentleman next to me he told the manager to get me my milkshake so I could go. Then realized we had nuggets missing….ridiculous!

Found myself here Christmas Eve, tired after a crazy long week. In my sleepy over worked brain I ordered wrong! The woman at the counter could have so easily been annoyed or impatient or unkind. Just thank you for being kind! Patient and for always being able to come here and get consistent food and having a clean place! I just want you to know I have had a really hard week and your kindness ment so much!

By far the best McDonald i have been to. Its in my city so i go here often for their coffee and ice cream for kids.
Cant eat much from here but we do come here and there. This was the first time i went inside and what a nice experience i had. The lady at the counter was amazing. She helped so much. The staff was also welcoming and smiling which isn’t normal for fast food lol.
I highly recommend it.

The drive-thru staff at this location are the rudest people. I asked at the drive-thru about the five and six dollar meals. She very angrily asked, “what kind of burger do you want?” I ordered two meals with milkshakes, but first I ordered a milkshake separately. This was $26. INSANE!!! When I got to the window, they gave me two milkshakes and told me to pull up. I asked where the third milkshake was, and they said I ordered two and closed the window. I sat there and another girl opened the window and asked what I needed. So I explained I was supposed to have three milkshakes and she proceeded to give me an order slip showing me I ordered two meals with milkshakes. I told her my first part of the order was only a milkshake. So they went and got the girl who took the order and she came to the window and said I’m the one who took your order and you ordered two milkshakes. So I tried to explain it to her about the separate milkshake to begin with and she said she put the chocolate milkshake with the second meal order. I told her that wasn’t what I wanted I needed three milkshakes, could I please get the third milkshake. She very rudely said you only ordered two and slammed the window closed. I would have paid for another milkshake but they didn’t even offer that. I have never seen such rudeness in my entire life. I will never go to this or any McDonald’s again!!! I could have went to a much nicer restaurant and gotten much better food for $26.
