I stopped by Wednesday January 7th at 1221 in the afternoon and the fellow working the cashier window in the drive through has hands down been one of the most respectful and uplifting moods. He was decisive and kept the line moving. This kid is fantastic I wish I had caught his name

I placed a mobile order for a mocha frappe at 4:21pm, while sitting in the parking lot, on a Friday afternoon. I went inside 1-2 minutes after placing the order. It wasn’t busy at all.
My frappe was ready on the counter. The first thing I noticed was that it wasn’t full all the way and substituted with a bunch of whip cream, lol. Thank goodness it was free because I utilized my reward points. Nonetheless, it tasted fine. So, no complaints outside of that.

The lady at the drive thru, Ham, is the most pleasant and courteous employee at a McDonald’s establishment I’ve ever dealt with and believe me I’ve dealt with a ton because I’m fat and I like McDonald’s. Greets with a smile and delivers that one of a kind McDonald’s joy. Thanks for all your help Ham!!!

This was the sorriest food I have ever eaten in my life. If I wasn’t in a hurry to get to the doctor’s appointment I would have never eaten this in the first place. You could see they were over cooked and they burnt and over cooked. The fries were cold and all the food should have been thrown in the trash. I won’t make the mistake of going back. My boyfriend is a very bad diabetic and has to take insulin so he is on a very strict schedule. They weren’t busy and there was only one car in front of us and it was about 1:00. So everything should have been fresh, hot, and delicious, but it was not good at all.
Next time I will keep my money and go somewhere else !!!!!

ordered thru mcdonald’s app today, asked for diet (emphasis on diet) and got regular dr pepper. i am a type one diabetic, please start making sure the drinks you give out are what the person asked for!

Made and online order. Paid extra for whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Got neither. Also ordered a steak bagel no egg or onions. Got a burnt bagel with nothing but sauce. The store had the phone off the hook so I couldn’t call back. Already went back to work and the app was no help. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

I don’t know Is it the leadership, a lack of training, or straight up laziness, but there is no reason why you should have a full Kitchen full of employees and Still take 18 minutes to take three orders in drive thru.
