Customer service is crazy, I go to drive thru don’t even ask if I’m using mobile app and don’t even say hi/hello then go to the window where I’m gonna pay the cashier drinking her drink while on the phone and let me wait for 5mins to pay my food, go to the the 3rd window wait another 5mins cause the lady be talking to someone else while she’s holding my bag of food that ready don’t say hi/hello or what it’s just so rude and then she gave me my food and forgot to give me my drink and not paying attention that I’m still at the window waiting for her to look at the window she open the window and ask me what else I need while she got her own personal drink in her hand and drinking it in front of me !!! I told her my drink then she close the window and still talking to her crewmate or manager then I got my drink when home then drink my drink and this is what I have in MY DRINK !!! So nasty and disgusting!!! The cross contamination is CRAZY !! NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS MCDONALDS AGAIN !! I don’t feel like eating the rest of my order cause they might be did something wrong to it !!

THE BEST MCDONALDS This is the only McDonalds I have ever been compelled to review. I was there today and forgot to get a receipt so I’m recommending them here.
This is by far my favorite McDonalds because every time I go I see the manager and the team doing their best and going above and beyond. Today, Trinity at the pickup window gave me a huge genuine smile and carefully checked my order.
I’ve been here at least 40 times maybe more, it’s hard to say but my mom’s lived at Deep River Villas around the corner for ten+ years. The staff NEVER makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing them no matter what time it is or what I order. I often order a latte and a cappuccino and that’s difficult because the person at the window has to make it and early in the morning there are only a few people there.
This location is special & the manager is doing a great job. To those of you who came on here and gave a bad review I challenge you to go back a few times.

I ordered a McDouble and was given one that was clearly old and hard as a rock been sitting on the counter too long. When I asked the manager for a fresh sandwich, instead of fixing the issue he kept going back and forth about parking, even though I had already spent double the time waiting in line. The customer service and food for just one simple mcdoble was very disappointing. Don’t waste your time at this McDonald’s.

Best McD in the area, possibly state. And no, I don’t work there. My orders are always perfect, the workers are nice as hell and they just got 100 on their Health inspection! 100 is quite amazing! I work in the industry and it takes a lot of dedication and systems in place to achieve that! Awesome job, guys and gals, keep up the great work!

I asked specifically for a double bacon quarter. The guy rings up the wrong one, so I tell him to just add bacon to it and it won’t be a problem. This dude adds a whole other burger , making me pay 7 more dollars! Like what! So, I tell the lady who was going to hand me the food about the mistake and to just give me a refund for the seven dollars, she then tells me it will take a while because there’s only one manager. It does not take that long to refund someone . They didn’t even give me my water that I had to freaking pay!! I paid 21 dollars just to get my whole freaking order wrong! I wasn’t even supposed to pay that much! What a waste! Pissed me off and couldn’t even get a refund.

I went to McDonald’s after being in the hospital all day helping my grandmother, I barely had time to eat. I didnt have any energy to make something so I thought I could stop at McDonald’s on the way home. I placed my order and when I got to the window I was met with an employee in the back yelling, “GO HOME AND COOK!”, which was interacting to hear after experiencing a very stressful day. I ignored them and got my bag of food. When I got home I found out that I only received 2 of the 3 sauces (I paid for) and all of my fries were hard as nails (If I can post it somehow I have a video of me banging the fry against the table and it didn’t budge at all). I literally bought extra fries because that’s what I had a taste for and I couldn’t even eat them. Just made my already depressing day worse.

Worst service EVER!!! I decided to place an online pick up order on my break at work for lunch before I drove up there so when I got there it would be ready but I sat outside for 15 minutes waiting for my order that was supposed to be brought out to me in 5 minutes via curbside service. I ended up having to go inside because I didn’t want to return to work late. And when I went inside to ask for my order it had just been placed to the side and ignored by the employee. Highly do not recommend!!!

Waited 30 minutes for food. Lady coming in from taking out an order & asked our number. Then commented something about finding us. We’d been standing at pickup counter the entire time. A few moments later they called our number. Once on the road we pulled out our food. It was obvious our order had been given to someone else, opened/unwrapped & returned. We had up throw it all out then stop elsewhere since we were already back on the interstate.
