Nothing like placing an order online for the drive thru, then getting there with nobody picking up the intercom while three other cars for the opposite side of the drive thru go ahead. So I go inside and tell one of the workers and I ask him just to get me my food instead of him trying to find out who was working that drive thru, so a few minutes goes by with nobody approaching me and then I look down at the app and my orders been canceled. Thanks guys, hey at least you looked like you were high and having a good time

Horrible. This locate has went down hill in a matter of years. My mc crispy was not even eatable for me it was black from where the oil straps have not been changed. It tasted just like burn items that got fried over and over again. The staff was rude at the box taking the orders then wasn’t very friendly at the window. Then basically my food was thrown in my face/lap at the next window with no have a good day or anything. Pictures or of my mccrispy chicken on both sides.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. Nothing to new. My order was missing items and the person at the window was rude. When I went back to get the missing things i paid for, the staff acted unprofessional and made me feel brushed off instead of helped. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes just for the one item they forgot. Overall, not a good visit at all. Gotta do better, guys.

I arrived at this restaurant to pick up two milkshakes. After placing my order, I waited 12 minutes and watched while other customers were served ahead of me while waiting for my two milkshakes. On top of this, the price of the milkshakes came to almost $12. For that much cost, I could have gone to Food Lion and bought two gallons worth of ice creams and made milkshakes everyday for almost 2 weeks. Due to the high cost of food at this and other restaurants, it is going to greatly curtail my eating out!

We waited at least 15 minutes we were the only folks in line. The server went past us several times. He was in no hurry to help us. The service in the dinning room is horrible. He walks like he is 90 years old. With all these bad reviews what is your plan to fix this.

We waited for at least 20 minutes for someone to take our order and pulled up to the window and nobody assisted they just kept laughing. So many people left!! And as you can see there is an employee walking outside and they have a whole line. Do not recommend.
