We ordered Pick-up today, and when we got to pick it up, not only did the staff not know what my order was, but they had to come out three times before my order was even close to being right. Once we got home to eat and everyone got their food I opened my ten-piece meal to find a black curly hair right on top of my nuggets. Completely gross!!! Please check your food before you leave this place if you want to get what you ordered and not get hair as an extra topping.

Dirty, rude, inaccurate orders. Plenty of McDonald’s close enough that its worth the extra mile of gas. If you choose to go to this location expect your order to be wrong, your food to be cold, and management to send you an automated email with zero resolution or refund when you don’t get an item you pay for.
This is multiple issues, not just one bad experience. This is at least 5 bad experiences in a few months. Save yourself the trouble and AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Owners response is to save face. I reached out after each issue and just received an automated response. When they forgot items I never received a refund. Again there are plenty of McDonald’s close by that actually do their job. Go to one of those.

LIAR!!! The lady today with pink nails and glasses with red ish brown hair lied to me bold face. I asked for a side of pickles and she BOLD face decided to LIE! Told me they charge for a side of pickles?? No one does. I call back and the manager confirmed they do not charge and she apologized. This is not a good representation of this locations franchise. If you didn’t want to go get it then don’t sign up for a job in customer service. It’s too early in the morning to be lying to people and trying to make up a charge for an item that is FREE!!?! Came to this location, we ordered off of the kiosks. Someone in our group didn’t get a cheeseburger they ordered and they refused to fix it. Also noticed the lobby is disgusting the tables are streaked with dirty cleaning solution crumbs everywhere. When we needed someone at the counter it took about 10 mins for them to meet us. The customer service sucks so bad here. Also the wooden Colums by the bar are disgusting. Covered is dust and crumbs they also left the lid off the tea which is a major health code violation. Very dirty place. They dont clean anything and act like its your job to clean a table to use. Even the self order machines didnt have paper in them not huge deal but if you beed a receip for say work purposes they ask you if you really need it instead of just giving you it.

It’s McDonald’s, you already know what it looks and tastes like. I would seldom leave a review for such a massive chain, but I felt inclined to do so today as the people working here were all smiling, attentive, and service was extremely fast. They got my order just right.

Overall one star. Drove here at 5am when their website said it was open but when I got there not only the lobby but drive thru was also closed. A company this big should be able to keep up with their store hours online…smh

I order though mobile order curbside pickup and literally took them 30 min for kids meal. I went through the drive thru to ask about my order and they said it will take 5 more minutes. Having a toddler sitting in the car waiting and hungry was not a good experience.
