Sat in line way too long for a number 2 with bacon, but didn’t get the bacon. We got to the window after waiting in line and got the food. We sat their for awhile just to get the two beverages and the lady seemed so frazzled. She had a line of soda’s but not ours. Again waiting for the soda’s after the food and she finally got our beverages. I received one soda like I ordered but the second one was wrong. The line wasn’t that long, but the waiting was much longer. It just seems not only McDonald’s, but most drive thru restaurants are having the same issues. COVID has destroyed the employees work ethics. Most of the time I have to pull to just get a simple order of food, or park in a spot to wait yet again to get what I ordered. I guess it is what it is in this new era of life.

Just went in to order a coffee. I ordered on a kiosk and did not get a receipt. Asked for one and the gal that printed it off was nice. I had to wait a long time for my large coffee with no extras. Waited at least 5 or more minutes.

Do NOT expect the orders to be taken in order at the drive through. . We had our window down and could hear what was occurring. They took orders from THREE CARS in the other line before offering to take the order of the car ahead of us. People, y’all need to work on drive through fairness. It was NOT a matter of the car ahead of us not knowing what they wanted. It was the order in which the orders were taken! One car I could understand but 3 is unacceptable.

I hate to leave such a negative review, but patrons of this McDonald’s need caution. The interior was so unclean! The floors tri d to pull your shoe off. I could not use the restroom, because there was something all over the counters. I did not feel comfortable ordering.

Every time we come through this McDonald’s it’s always a disaster. The wait is always 10 to 20 minutes. The food we order is never right and usually cold… When I order the Carmel frappe with EXTRA Carmel from other McDonald’s I get this compared to what this McDonald’s does. You guys need to do better.

I work in the medical field with immune compromised patients l. So I usually use curbside and absolutely wont go in. I ordered breakfast yesterday morning and once LUNCH rolled around and I was able to eat lunch I realized my order was wrong. I call…it’s busy….the line was busy for a solid 24 hours so I go through the drive thru to speak with a manager…theres no one in line infront or behind me. I ask the young lady at the speaker if I can speak to a manager she said “no, you can come in” I said I can’t come in..and I’ve tried to call with no answer. She said sorry, you have to come in with a complaint I said I literally can’t come in. She never spoke again. This is the rudest staff at McDonald’s I’ve ever had to deal with, 2 out of 5 orders are wrong, they’re bad about handing cold food out the window and the staff are just rude. Just figured I’d share. Go to a different location and spare yourself.

This was a decent McDonald’s for a quick snack after my hike at Mount Shepherd. They have very interesting decor inside the dining room, with one little window thing with various shapes of various States on it, and a wallpaper that has state capitals written on it!

Food has typically been good at this location. We got cold fries once but they were replaced with hot ones with little trouble. We come to this location because of the play place and my only complaint is that sometimes its extremely cold in there, like 65 degrees. On those days, we go across the street to Burger King instead.
