Horrible drive thru service. Fries were cold, had to wait a very long time for them to bring my food out. Didn’t even put my sauce in the bag. I asked for the sauce and the employee told me okay and never came back. 0 stars.

I usually never leave bad reviews, but this is at least the 3rd time in a month that this has happened. I work 3rd shift so I get off around 5 to 6 am and each time I go by McDonald’s on Dixie drive in Asheboro they tell me “I apologize but we are having a system reboot at this time…” Good thing McDonald’s isn’t a small business because any other business would be in a hot mess losing customers every morning. Used to be a good place to eat breakfast. Their reputation is being flushed down the toilet.

No longer fast food. I remember fast food taking 2-4 minutes to get your food. Now here, expect 5-10 minutes if you go inside. And if you go through the drive thru expect be told to park in the waiting spots off to the side.

I ordered a small mocha frappe on the app. Simple, right? Then after checking in, I waited 30 MINUTES! Went in to check what the wait was, and the cashier told me to wait more and disappeared to the back. This is absolutely ridiculous and the customer service here SUCKS! I watched 9 cars park in the mobile order spots and leave before I went in. I will NEVER come back here and NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered online, and it said they were open. waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to find out they were closed. Now it’s saying, “we have started preparing your order, you may not cancel it” when there’s nobody there. What a joke.

I’ve been here at this location at least 15 times. Not once have I ever got my food from the drive through window. They make you pull up to a spot and sit for 10 mins. And this is at all hours of the day. Not just at dinner time or breakfast. I could literally drive to the next McDonald’s and get food there before they bring it out. FYI I’m writing this waiting for my food in parking spot 5.

Do not like the new store layouts. No ketchup, no napkins, you have to ask for everything and wait on someone to show up to ask. Food was good.

Food quality is in a terrible decline.
Service is awful on a good day, terrible on a bad day.
Every store is always dirty, yet there seems to be a full compliment of employees in the kitchen area.
Employee attitude is collectively terrible, especially when communication with the public at large is required. Bathrooms are more often than not atrocious.

I went through the drive through with 3 hungry kids. 2 of them stated half way home that they only had one fry, and the other had apple slices when asked for extra fries. Asked for sweet and sour sauce twice, didnt get it. My cheeseburger was not even warm
Cheese was not melted and it only had ketchup and pickles on it. I am 20 minutes away. The lady I spoke with stated that I would have to bring the food all the way back to get a replacement. After my kids already ate the nuggets and the one fry they got. I asked for corporates number and she just stated that they were not corporate. This is poor customer service, considering that I have worked in that very same field.for over 10 years. She could have done something. But im not spending 40 minutes to drive to get corrected food, when it was their fault. I didnt get sauces for my kids’ nuggets. Very bad experience and I will not be back to this location. About tempted to just go to burger king in general. At least their food is hot and they listen to their customers.

McDonald’s charged $41 for 4 $10 gift cards. Dairy Queen only charged $40. I know where I’m going the next time I want fast food.
