The food was great. The restaurant is really well kept, and clean. And it smelled really good in there. The burger was firm, and the fries were cooked in a way where you could tell that they sat in the fryer for a perfect amount of time. All in all a great time.

normally don’t have many issues but today i went through the drive thru and ordered a cheeseburger meal with only cheese and pickles, get almost home and realized it was messed up and went back. I told them it was wrong and they gave me new burgers… it was wrong AGAIN and the staff wanted to act like i was the problem even though i was very polite and even apologized when its not my fault that they messed up my burgers. Especially the manager she said “omg pull them up” definitely will be making the drive to the welcome location next time instead of here.

If i could give a “0” star that’s what it would be. They gave our food to the car in front of us. That lady in that car poured out the tea so it could not be given to us. They tried to use the same cup and add ice and tea to give us and the food that had already been given to the lady in the car in front of us all we asked was for fresh food made for our order. They asked for us to pull thru knowing they were trying to give us the same food given to the car in front of us! The manager lady and worker KS #15 tried to give us that food given to another customer. The manager then treated us like ! This had been the worst experience at this location! Do not go there- you’re better going to Taco Bell!!! Absolutely horrible customer service and food!

Every time I come here was order is made wrong. Today is the first time I’ve ever taken my wrongly made food back. All I wanted was extra onions and mustard on my double cheeseburger. After complaining they gave me so many pickles the bread was wet and no mustard! I’m never going there again.

Went through the drive-thru. Had a mobile order. Ordered a couple sandwiches and drinks and stuff. Supposed to have two quarter pounders with cheese. Didn’t receive one of them and the other one once bitten into had a big old piece of wax paper in the middle of the sandwich.

Just asking…is the tiniest amount of starter sauce now considered the normal amount? Also, why is this store always out of sweet and sour sauce? Seriously? And why is manager so rude, condescending, and unwelcoming? I despise that this is the closest McDonald’s to me… bc they’re also the world’s slowest.
