I came through the drive-through tonight with a few minutes to spare before they closed, and I only got a diet Dr Pepper to bring home to my husband. When he opened the lid, he saw something blue inside and asked me if I also saw it to which I did confirm. I then picked it up and realized that it was a blue bag that someone negligently missed. This is disgusting and is a health hazard, and we will sue the company because this is disgusting and if we had missed it, it could’ve gotten my husband sick.

There was a younger black make cashier who was a bit more husky and I totally forgot his name but he had the best customer service I have had in a long time. He deserves recognition and a gold metal for his stand up work ethic. ♥️

have to give it to this particular McDonalds. For a fast food place it really has it going on. They renovated the entire inside. It has a modern chic open space look, with lovely decor seating. There is also an optional ordering kiosk for the busy times. You can customize your sandwiches with the exact ingredients you want. You are also given a # now that you place on your table and bring your food out to you. I enjoy having a meal inside now, usually I would only use the drive thru or take out. Nice Job Ronald!

This is the absolute worst location ever! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!
They always mess up my order every time to the point I drive 20 mins out of my way before I even think about ordering from there. This is what is a med fry! Then they didn’t put salt! I had to send my order back 2 times ! I will continue to go out my way because this is not worth it . The white woman manger is the worst . The employees are rude to the male manager and it shows . This is a problem and needs to be addressed .

I went through the drive-thru @ this McDonald’s this morning, just after the switch over to lunch (10:47 a.m.). I purchased a Filet-o-fish meal.
I took the meal to my office, just down the road, to eat for lunch.
In my very first bite of the sandwich, I bit down on something that just didn’t feel right. I spat out most of the mouthful of food.
I was surprised to find a small cluster of what I can assume is fish bones, but not before one had gone down my throat and had me gagging, choking and sticking my finger down my throat.
I am aware that this is more of a supplier issue and not this particular franchise’s fault. However, this just stands as a warning to be very careful and inspect your food, before consumption. I could have choked or ruptured my esophagus!
I did call the McDonald’s customer service and made a formal complaint.

Website lists they close at 12. The doors say they close at 12, but anytime I go after 11, they dont answer the drive thru box even though you can clearly see they are open. They simply don’t want to help customers. Either fix the issue or update your hours. Stop wasting people’s time and gas.

Ordered food off the mobile app an hour before closing and went to pick it up and the person inside didn’t come to the drive through and locked the door when I went to go inside. Also didn’t answer the phone when I called but I could see them sitting there doing nothing. Again this was a full hour before closing

Just got back from visiting the McDonald’s at the corner of Robinhood Rd. near Meadowlark Dr. Ordered a hot fudge sundae to take home. The ice cream on top was a bit more melted than usual so I warned my husband to be careful. We didn’t make it a whole minute away when ice cream and hot fudge started spilling out all over my husband! I reached to grab it from him, while driving, so he could grab some napkins, and then that sticky mess spilled out all over the console and gearshift!! . The lid was coming off! Called the store and spoke with a manager that informed me that she knew they were defected but was told that she had to use them!! We didn’t get any warning or asked if we wanted it put into something else, just a silent “Here ya go and good luck with that sticky mess your fixing to have to deal with”!!
