Went around 11:30 at night 10/16 and bout 3 happy meals . One of the happy had a nerds candy cluster inside of it and I called and spoke to the manager on duty who was very unprofessional answered the phone with hey and then told me I mean it’s not like it fell out of someone’s mouth! Like what that’s actually a crazy thing to say ! Alexa/Alexis which ever get it together! Picture is after I dumped fries into chicken nugget box!

I ordered a very simple order here. 2 $5 Hot N’ Spicy McChicken meals and a Big Mac. It was a late night order around 11:30pm. When I arrived there was only 1 vehicle ahead of me. I pulled up and advised that I had a mobile order and provided the order code. I pulled around to the second window and waited for like 8 minutes. I was given my 2 drinks and my food order. I drove 3 mins down the road to my house and went inside. Immediately dished out the food and noticed how horrible the food was. Everything tasted old, which made me wonder why I was waiting all of that time if the food wasn’t being made fresh.
I’ve visited this location many times before and never had any issues. I’m not sure what the issue was this time. My McDonald’s visit the next day, was to the one at the Hane’s Mall location. I typically receive better search there than this location late at night.

I was at the Benton Conference Center for a 3 day NCABA event. It is conveniently located. I parked in the public parking which was $12/day. The program stated location for some of the lectures were in Winston Ballroom. However, they are labeled differently on site as Winston 1A or 1B. The building was open, sunny, and spacious. It was a little irritating that they decided to move, slide the huge room divider panels during one of the lectures. We couldn’t hear the speaker over the noise.

This place was so clean and had our food out very quickly only thing I was disgusted with and let down about was one of the workers dropped a bag in the floor in the back where they were running around making food and dropped down to pick it up and instead of throwing it away and washing her hands she places it back on the line where they were making orders and then continues to use the bag for someone’s order. In fast food you cant do that, its just nasty.

I stop in today for my little brother and This has got to be the cleanest McDonalds I have ever seen. It was fully staff and the floor was so clean … No food no grease on the floor where the cooks where the lobby and restrooms where clean. The food sanitation grade was 99.0 And they deserved it they look like they deserve 100 if you ask me….All our food was fresh…. I was very satisfied. Shout out to the management of this McDonald’s job well done.

Said hello to the store manager. No smile. No response and just looked away. He certainly didn’t smile like in his photo on the wall. I asked one of the workers for some jelly for my biscuit. He gave it to me. I said thank you. He turned his back and walked away. Horrible attitudes that obviously trickle down from that manager. Do they go to rude university to learn how to do that? Never going back.

I stood watching staff make other people’s orders, through the pickup window, as they assured me that my order was being prepared.
It took them more than 9 minutes (for the sake of accuracy, I cannot say it was necessarily 10 minutes) to hand me two cheeseburgers.
Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food establishment in 2025, and it’s Christmas, so congratulations: you “win.”
All that said…the food was as-expected from McDonald’s – that element was right on.
It’s just sad when it’s obvious how the drive-thru customers are being heavily prioritized over customers dining in (and mine was a to-go I ordered in store).

Ordered a quick meal and before I got out of the parking lot , I tried a fry and it was cold. I went back in the drive thru and asked for another fry order hot. I gave the guy my fries and he literally took the same set of fries and warmed them up. I asked him prior to giving me the bag so he just reheat my fries and he said no. This was very bad service. It was literally the same fries.
