I stopped here for a caramel sundae for my girls after I found out that Yolo Rollo Ice Cream is inside the mall. When I got there, they were closed but the drive thru was open but it had a long line. I sat in the line, which moved in an expected pace. Too slow for just a caramel sundae, but I waited. The ladies at the drive thru were nice. When I pulled up to the first window to pat, for some reasons, she couldn’t find my order. After fixing it and took my payment, I went to the next window to pick up my sundae. Got back to the hotel, and my girls enjoyed the sundae.

Waited at register to pay after ordering, guy took 1 payment at counter then left people in line, after 15 minutes with nobody getting food we left. I would have fired everyone working the registers, and shut the doors. We were having a child’s birthday party. I will never be back here at the Hanes Mall location or maybe McDonald’s again. Always loved the food great place for kids since they still have a playground the service lift a little to be desired I only got part of my order I had to wait 15 minutes for the rest. And when I say wait I’m in I waited to be handed a bottle of milk. And it was right beside the counter.

My daughter and I had breakfast here during my husband’s hospital stay one morning. I was absolutely blown away by the kindness and beautiful attitude of the cashier. In wilkesboro where we live, we haven’t patronized either McDonald’s location partly because the rudeness and partly because you never get your correct order. This is no problem for this location in front of Hanes mall/ Forsyth medical center! I’ll definitely come back again!
