When I asked for the small fry I ordered, that was not included in the bag, the man at the window seemed annoyed and impatient. When asking for the other fry from another employee they were equally agitated. It was Monday, March 2 about 1 in the afternoon. I do understand there will be chaos. People please remember you are dealing with the public. McDonald’s, please remind your employees of what appropriate behavior is. Obviously they need a serious refresher in Customer Service. This purchase was not for me. Thank God I can’t eat that garbage!

I just ordered food and asked for sauce, it was not received so I waited at the window to ask for it. there were 2 teenager workers and one older lady, after waiting for a good second for someone to notice our car and they didn’t i honked my horn to get their attention multiple times because each time i honked i made eye contact with a different worker and each time they would turn away to continue laughing and enjoy their conversation. I never got my sauce, these workers need to better and choose customers first over their conversation.

My boyfriend & I went thru the drive thru & they asked if we was using the mobile app, we said no & started placing our order, there was a 15 sec pause then a different man came over the intercom & said “sorry we’re currently closed due to the bad weather” mind you, the 1st snowflake has yet to fall. So I’m not sure what “bad weather” he was referring to, but we was refused service here. Very disappointing!!! I would also like to add that there was a car in the drive try lane next to us the same time we was & their order was taken & they were served. Highly unsatisfied!

I walked in to a lobby full of teenagers, there words were insanely crazy, they should all be ashamed of themselves for acting like that in public! Besides that I never write reviews, but the owner of this store needs to be aware of the staff they hired!
As a McDonalds employee myself. I was disgusted by what I saw, I ordered from the kiosk, I stood there waiting to pay for my food which was only a cone and a fish sandwich for 17 mins not 1employee said hi, can I help you, nothing was said no eye contact, a crew member walks up with 2drinks and a bag and places it down without saying a number nothing just walks away! Then I’m watching the food station! Omg gross, one of the lady wearing gloves wipes her nose with the glove and continues to make the burger touching the food with that same glove, only 6 orders in the drive thru screen and 3 orders for restaurant! Needless to say I walked out after 25 mins! Get ur service up cause that made no sense all the conversations and laughing going on and no workers for the customers! Come on yall can do better

The manager David is creepy I went in with my fiance and a friend an while they were in the bathroom. I went to order and he tried to call me Mami with a Spanish accent. Very creepy and made me feel very uncomfortable when I was paying for my order. I recommend going through the drive thru when Miss. Harmony is working she is a delight an makes my day every time I go to get food.

I just want to say- the crew working at the McDonald’s across from the mall today, Christmas Eve around 1:30 was wonderful. It was very busy and they still took time to interact with the kids, the grinch was there cooking and he still frequently popped out to high five the kids, and they were just crushing it. Thank you team for remaining jolly, calm, cool, and focused!

During the day yes the service is good but at night terrible they only care about online orders. I sat in the order spot for about 15 min with no acknowledgment so I call the store and was told that they were backed up so it’s taking some time. Now it’s 2 lanes a the charger beside me in the other line had been there longer an he said no one even acknowledged him. Needless to say I left there needs to be better structure

Ordered DoorDash at 6:48. Still didn’t have my order by 8:10 so I sent my boyfriend up to see what was going on because nobody would answer the phone. They stated they were closed and not making any more food, despite making food for people in the store and my order never showing up. They refused to make things right. Just “I don’t know how to help you.”

For the past couple nights the store cannot seem to get my order right with my cheeseburgers. I don’t like to complain normally but when this becomes a habitual pattern that’s when I have to speak up so these issues can be corrected and coached for future orders and customers. I feel attention to detail is what is most important with every order.
