I come to the McDonald’s often and it’s not the best but usually it’s not the worst. Today was different, the staff was very unprofessional and having side conversations (not about work) while handling food through the window. I order two medium sweet teas, medium fries, and a coke slushy. I’m highly upset because as I was about to put my straw in the tea I look and see a ketchup pack at the bottom of my drink. I had to get a full refund because this mistake shows nothing but complete carelessness. I could never trust eating from here again. This is absolutely unacceptable!!

This location has got to get better. My husband and I went on 6/2/23. I ordered a Big Mac meal and got a Quarter Pounder with cheese meal. 6/3/23, my husband and grandson go and paid for a 6 piece nuggets and got 4. I use to work at this location and this is precisely why I quit. Front cashier’s were blamed for drive thru mistakes. Come on people. Management needs to get team members together. I don’t even want a refund. It’s just sad.

I stopped by here on my way to work on a Thursday evening because I needed a pick me up as I was sleepy and tired. I got a large iced caramel mocha via app at 5:48pm. There was an in-app deal for $1.50 off. I chose carry out as the drive thru line a little long. Once inside, it wasn’t ready when I went inside. While waiting, I noticed that they had a 99 sanitation score, which is pretty good. My coffee was ready at 5:52pm. I ordered it without whip cream but they added it anyway. I wanted to cut back a little on the calories and dairy but oh well lol. It was delicious.

By far this location is one of the worst. Between the incorrect orders, and cashiers not wanting to give you a receipt this location just needs to close. The woman with the dreads is by far the best but she can only do but so much. But those attitude in the morning are horrendous. If you dont want to work dont go.

The staff here omg never again. The night time manager last night didn’t have no type of urgency on getting food out. We ordered thru the mobile app and got to this location and checked in and food never came out. Waited almost 30 mins. Only one staff member seemed to care wish i would’ve gotten the name. Just know she had glasses and was tall and was over it. She seemed like the only one who was pushing orderes thru while everyone else stood around looking crazy. I don’t come to this location at all and yesterday showed me the reason why.. If i could give it 0 stars i definitely would

Placed mobile order in app, used “reward points “. Received confirmation, order #, etc. Arrived & mobile app wouldn’t accept parking space #. Called restaurant w/info & took over 10min for him to understand car in space 4, etc. Per gentleman I spoke with there was no order & no car waiting, we go around an addtl 10min before he acknowledges order & “they be out soon as they can, pretty busy now”. We stopped by here after a show. The lobby stays open til 12 which was very convenient. It was close to closing time so they were very busy. They had it all together very well though and we still got our food fast and the two orders were correct. A very smooth experience.
