Everytime we order here, either through the drive thru or for delivery, the order is wrong. Either an item is missing, a deluxe quarter pounder is just a regular, or the cheese is just thrown in the box and not even on the burger. I worked at this location for a short time so I try to be understanding but I’m tired of having to reach or to customer service everyone I order.

The last two times i visited this location, I’ve been pulled to the second widow to wait for a single drink item. (This time it was a mocha frap, last time it was one of the freezes)
2/2 times, I’ve been forgotten about and have to go back around the line to get the attention of the employees.
I asked for a refund today, and was given one with no apology, no drink, and no hospitality from the manager on duty.
I won’t be back to this location.

I was super excited to get a McDonald’s in our small town. However, I’ve been a few times and the drive thru is painfully slow. I also tried to order a biscuit this weekend and they were out of biscuits. I hated going to Bojangles and Hardees because they are so poorly run. I really hate for this restaurant to turn out the same way. I implore you to do better!
I’m editing this response a while later. It’s been in the news that McDonalds is getting a bit expensive. I was shocked that the adult happy meal was about $15.00. Today, I got half a piece of cheese on my fish sandwich. A sandwich that is already about half the size that it used to be. I’m also never given ketchup anymore and no one asks if you want any.

I`ve beeb to this location 5 times since they opened and each time it was terrible. I’ve waited 20 minutes to get my order, I’ve received the wrong order, I’ve received hard, cold and uneatable food. I live right near it and keep hopping it will get better but it hasn’t so far.

Refuses to give a receipt forces all cars to pull up even after they have six cars pulled just to try to keep drive through time down to remain the number one store in their district even though they clearly do not deserve the title. Cheating to be number 1. Half the time the orders are incorrect after extended wait times also staff easily gets confused by the number of pulled cars and doesn’t understand where the food goes causing food to get cold and sometimes wet when it’s raining. This company also does not care about their staff.Having them run food out in the rain. It would be.
One thing , if I didn’t just witness this one time , but I have witnessed this several time and as a fast food manager i find it disgraceful. That is all ^_^

I went through the drive thru. The worker was very nice, no problem there. But, I go there almost every day for my sugar free vanilla iced-large. 4 out of 7 days it’s the way I like it.Then other days it’s nasty, even asking for how I like it! It’s SF and it’s still tastes sweet. Sometimes too much cream. I haven’t figure how to order it on there. Just want consistency! It not hard or is it! I used to order it one way, then now I’m told not to order by a different worker. Really?

Drive through service is awful.
This location seems to have everyone pull into parking spaces no matter what in order to make their “window times” seem low for corporate.
Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for your food.

Stop giving me half my food and then making me pull in a parking spot to wait for the rest of it! I’m so sick of half my order (including several orders of fries) getting cold. Why not leave it all under the heat lamps until all of it is ready? That’s what they’re there for! Microwaving the food makes it taste nasty and defeats the purpose. Plus, I’m tired of making your wait times at the window look good to corporate when you make EVERYONE pull over to the side.
Oh, and I’m also tired of my food looking like it’s been assembled by a one-armed kindergartner

I am only rating the daytime crew a 5. They have it together during the day. You get your food correct and fast.. The manager is perfect for his position. Treats his job like he loves it and the people.

Worst location within an hour of here. There could be no line and 25 employees working, you will still be asked to “pull over to spot #123 while we finish up your order”.
Been here several times and never once actually got my food in the drive through or without waiting 10 minutes. Surprised it’s even open still at this point.
