Simply put, there is no better place than an old McDonald’s burger. This is my first time here in a year and it was well worth it. Even with our cake we didn’t get any judgment, or anything else. Instead they came over and celebrated with us. Helped pick up a couple of toys. It reminds you that certain McDonald’s such as this one really can feel just like home. Tables are usually dirty. Hard to get someone to wait on you, they probably wait mainly on the drive thru. People that go inside have to wait. Coffee cups are damaged and leak on you, usually damaged on one side. The associates don’t take time to make your coffee right.

I recently went to this location at 12:50 A.M., when they were supposed to close at 1:00 A.M. Knowing that they closed soon, we decided to stop by for a quick drink as to not cause too much trouble right before close. I ordered a Sprite and a water, but the water was rung up as a bottle instead of a cup. When I expressed that I would rather have it in a cup, the worker on the speaker proceeded to say “Well they’re the exact same price,” with an extremely rude tone. I did not want the cup because I thought it was free, I wanted it in a cup as compared to a bottle. We then pulled up to the window and could very blatantly hear both the window operator and other workers talking badly about it, saying that they “don’t get it,” and are going to “start telling people they don’t have it.” Not once were we greeted, they just continued to be rude and complain about the cup of water. This is unacceptable behavior and customer service, especially for something so small. I work in the industry as well, and as part of management, I would never allow my coworkers to openly treat any customer this way. I highly suggest to not go to this location if you are looking for a fast place with basic customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

This Mickey D’s is located on the strip ( Lewisville -Clemmons Road) and is accessible from East and Westbound Interstate 40 and East and Westbound US 158 ( Clemmons Road ). There is a stoplight at both entrances to help with both entering and leaving the restaurant. Food is served hot and fresh by cheerful, courteous, friendly, and smiling

Waited more than 20 minutes for a happy meal large fries and drink at 11 am on a Sunday. Had to go ask for it and they didn’t even have it on their radar, nobody was ever going to get it if we hadn’t asked. Recommend you never go inside this place if you want service.

Great quality new store with two drive throughs right off the main drag. I love their fries, always hot and salty, great chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches, McFlurries and the breakfast is hard to beat with the biscuits, hotcakes and burritos. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking, seating, and restrooms.

It is raining, and I have a meeting, so I went through the drive thru.
First, why are you going to make 3 cars pull forward to wait for food and leave no other cars waiting?!? There’s literally 3 cars in front and none in the drive thru. You are making your employees run out in the rain with the food. My thought is that you are more concerned about drive thru times than the customers, the employees and the food.
But the employee dropped off the food quickly and left. Didn’t check the order and there is food missing. Also, no napkins, no ketchup.
So I had to come in, which invalidated the whole reason I went to the drive thru!
They gave the food, but the fries are only half full.
The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they apologized.
