This was the busiest McDs I’ve ever witnessed. It was insane! You couldn’t get around the parking lot. We ordered from the kiosk after some wait and got our food relatively fast. However, one customer was complaining that she had been waiting 45 minutes for food. Ours was delivered without napkins nor ketchup. By the time we finished eating, all the chaos appeared to have subsided and the place was half empty. Insane!!

It’s obvious drive-thru takes priority over walk-ins. Customers waiting at the counter with no help. I ordered on the kiosk. Saw my order on the screen disappear (not “in progress” or “ready for pick up”) Was ignored when I inquired. When I left there was an employee smoking right outside the door so I had to walk thru a cloud of smoke. Not very pleasant.

Just Flat out Dirty and trifling. 4 employees can go into the bathroom back to back and Not 1 decided to wipe down the sinks or pee of the toilet or mop the stall that smelled of old urine. The restaurant floors were dirty and drink station was a mess at 10 am which is crazy bc overnight team and morning shift is supposed to have that cleaned so the restaurant is ready for the next day. Looks as if it wasn’t cleaned in weeks. Brought it to the regional managers attention he said he was gonna have it cleaned. Was there for a long time waiting for our food and no one even picked up a rag or nothing. Too many people standing around on their phones doing nothing. The cleanliness of your restaurant is a reflection of how you run your restaurant. If every place else is dirty that the customers see. The kitchen must be worst. Skip and keep going to the next one if you can

I went through the drive through for a quick snack. It took nearly 20 minutes and there were only two cars ahead of me. They didn’t know who’s order was which. The cashier dumped my change onto the ground. Overall it seems the staff doesn’t care or have been poorly managed. The food was acceptable but low quality even to McDonald’s standards. Burger was slightly overcooked and the bread tasted old.

Don’t waste your time here. Pay extra for things you just flat out dont get and unless youre in the drive thru plan on standing there 30 minutes to make your order and wait for it.

Had the Oreo McFlurry and was really impressed! The new container is bigger, and the serving felt generous compared to past visits. Honestly, it had the most Oreo cookies I’ve ever had in a McFlurry — every bite was packed and it was absolutely delicious. The only downside was the girl at the window, who came off a little rude, but the dessert itself more than made up for it. Definitely worth stopping for if you’re craving something sweet.

Terrible service. Manager is only worried about drive thru customers and not counter customers. Waited so long we finally left. MANAGEMENT obviously only cares about drive thru numbers and not customer service. Will not be back.

Very disrespectful. Dirty and nasty. If you plan on working here dont bother because they dont want to help you learn everything. Ordered some chicken sandwiches and they were hard as a rock and had smashed buns.
