If I could give no stars, I would. Waited over an hour for a kids meal, and mcchicken while 50+ cars went through the drive thru. After expressing concern with the wait time, we continued to wait an additional 20 minutes to get our food. Staff was rude and non apologetic. Severely understaffed.

I was very impressed at the professionalism at this McDonald’s. Very enjoyable. The burger was done to perfection. Not only was it not swimming in ketchup and mustard, but, it wasn’t overcooked and dry. Thank you for having a good crew. Also the fries were perfectly salted and hot.

Took 15 mins. to get 2 drinks at the pick up from mobile app. Also ordered breakfast sandwich with my points it was cancelled and lost my points. They said in 2 days they would be put back on. Nope they took over 4,000 of my points.

I come through the drive thru a couple times a week, and mornings are not always the best time for those of us on our way to work— I just want to say thank you to the elderly lady and the young girl who work the windows. Though I do not know their name, please give them a big thank you from me! They are polite and friendly and that is a nice start to the day.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement stop for some burgers on the way home, even went in to order cause I had to change somethings on 2 of the meals.. Ordered my fiancé the Quarter Pounder Deluxe with No pickles.. Well when I got his sandwich out to give him to eat, checked to see if there were pickles and there wasnt… but there also wasn’t any tomatoes, lettuce, mayo or mustard. It was only ketchup and onions. Now I also ordered my daughter a hamburger happy meal only ketchup but never once didn’t I say only ketchup and onion on the QP Deluxe. The grill slip even said “no pickles”

They were great even though the lady taking our order was new she did great. We had a large order for a family of 7 who have yet to eat. The order was over 20 items and they got everything but on sandwich right which is truly amazing.

dont want to get on a race factor but its mcdonalds eASY WAY to get a job while in college to make money right, they still have the hiring sign up on the table as you walk in and it has flexible work hours blah blah blah had 2 interviews then was told sorry only need people for the morning well all of college students classes are in the morning, well most of them right, aslo told that they need people in the summer…… well thats when ALL OFV THE HIGHSCHOOLERS WHO STAY IN WV MAKE THEYYRE MONEY,,, MOST OF COLLEGE STUDENTS DONT LIVE INSTATE OF WV, so fast forward a couple days later i go thru the drive thru ask can i speak to the manager, i ask her are yall hiring? she replies yes were in dire need of NIGHT SHIFTTT PEOPLE….. which that is what i applied for to work 5 to close everyday….. so i say to her thats odd the hiring manager told me yall are good at night… then she says im the manager on this shift and we need people for night …… fast forward to the morning i call the same hiring manager and she tells me we are good on night shiftg people….. SOOO SOMEONES LYING TO ME MORAL OF THE STORY IS KEEP IT REAL WITH ME YOU DONT WANT BLACK PEOPLE BUT I DO NT WANT TO GO THERE BUT SOMEONES LYING ORT TAKE THE HIRING SIGN OUT OF T HE STORE
