I just cannot express the amount of happiness I felt when the lady handed me my father in laws, my husbands, and my Frappé to me. I mean L K at that Frappe drizzle perfection!!! Absolutely couldn’t have asked for better in absolutely anyway. Thank you so much for knowing what extra extra extra drizzle is! I will absolutely say these were THEE BESTESTEST Frappes we’ve ever had and we literally get them all over the country because we travel in a semi truck and stop at McDonald’s everywhere. I have pictures to prove it but won’t put them here as to confuse which frappes came from where. These pictures were from your location where my in laws live. I wish I knew the girls name because I will be asking to figure it out next time to see if she can make them again. The other workers were even saying to her that they looked so good they were gonna have to order one and have her make it ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️☕

I could have dealt with my order being wrong, it was quite large. The fries were old and had a burnt taste to them and I’m guessing they must be either out of salt or they washed it all off when they re dropped them in the fryer. I watched it happen and was then told by the young girl in the drive thru that they “would never do that”. After telling her I watched them do it, she rolled her eyes and said “whatever, it is what it is” and she excused herself to the back never to be seen again. The young gentleman working in the grill area brought me the new fries and tossed, yes literally tossed, the bag on the counter and just walked away. If this is the way this place is being allowed to operate, I’ll just go somewhere else.

Employees are friendly and the service is usually quick but my order is never correct. It’s either made wrong, missing or the is not fresh. If you order extra topping (bacon, pickles, sauce, etc) you pay for it, but you never get the extra items. This is my experience with drive-thru. Breakfast and late evening

They always ignore people who come thru the drive thru after 1030 at night even though they are open till 12am I sat in that drive through for over 30 mins and got no answer terrible customer service at this point

This is the 3rd time I had ordered and paid for 4 apple pies. I didn’t check until I got home and saw there was only 2. When I called to let them know I couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t know if I had eaten 2 or are just trying to get free pies. I try to check or take their placing it in the bags. From now on I won’t leave until I see what I ordered is there. I can no longer believe there service has dwindled this bad. I kept the receipt until I was told what I was said, then tore up and threw it out in anger. No proof. Well I guess Wendy’s will be my stop from now on.
