I was in this morning and the younger manager with shoulder length dark hair, yelled at an employee at the top of her lungs. A man got up from his table to yell at her that this is a restaurant with paying customers and she needs to treat her workers better. She had the nerve to tell him it was none of his business. She is a perfect example of why people dont want to work. The owner really needs to reevaluate their management!

Consistently told to pull forward and wait for extended periods of time for food. Most of the time the food is cold and they give you the wrong items, or don’t make the food correctly.

Hours posted are incorrect. Food is what you expect. Typically served hot. It’s a pretty good though understaffed location. The only issue I’ve encountered are occasional slipups in my orders, though that rings true for all fast food restaurants

My food came out fast. Fries were perfect – fresh, really hot, lightly salted. My deluxe chicken sandwich was an overdone, fried chicken patty, lettuce, and mayonnaise… that’s it. My iced carmel coffee was a bit weak and didn’t have much Carmel. I got a second iced coffee from a different McDonald’s that was much better.

Ordered The big breakfast with sausage gravy and hot cakes which was on their menu. The girl was having trouble finding it on the register. She asked someone else. Long story short I was charged extra for the gravy which was supposed to be included in the meal and didn’t get the hot cakes which was supposed to be with the meal asked the person at the register and was told we didn’t ask for them and never asked for them. Why should I have to ask for something that was supposed to be included in the meal

The remodel of the New Martinsville McDonald’s is pitiful. It is blah, boring and quite honestly depressing. While a LEO I have seen jail and prison visiting area’s more vibrant and inviting. It seems that the general idea was to eliminate any warmness and make it as less inviting as possible. Incredibly they have succeeded. Then there is the seating and it’s total lack of comfortableness. The best way to describe the ambiance is to say that there isn’t any!

That was the most expensive McDonald’s that I’ve been to. 42 dollars for burnt cheeseburgers and triple cheeseburgers that was the size of regular child’s cheeseburger. When asked why the woman said she didn’t know.

The blonde, curly haired, older manager that’s worked there since I was in highschool needs an anger management class. Every time I go in to pick up my order she’s belittling her coworkers and making snide remarks straight to their faces. Absolutely no reason at all to be belittling the person who obviously recently started and who you most likely just showed a video to and no actual training whatsoever. Absolutely no reason at all to break someone’s confidence down over not hitting the serve button. You’ve been treating employees like this for years now, do better.
