I ordered Biscuits and Gravy for me and my wife.
I specifically asked that the Gravy be put in a separate container because we don’t like the gravy on the biscuit. Girl at drive-thru says well that’s how they are served with Gravy on the side. I said, Great because we like dipping our biscuits in the gravy and don’t want it smothered on top the biscuit. She says, Not a problem.
I get our food and get home and Low and behold
Our Biscuits and Gravy had the gravy smothered all over the biscuits…. Exactly what we did not want. Tried calling and of course… No One will answer the phone. Very frustrating that you take the time to ask for a very simple request so we can have a good breakfast experience and was told not a problem and then to drive home and be let down…

You want to go to get fast food? Yeah it’s fast but also they can never make your order right so you have to go back and get it changed. After that your fries are disgusting. Their drive thru only one side is open half the time. The ice cream machine is down more than it’s not. Will you be able to pay by card probably not. Don’t even think about going inside because they close it very very early most of the time. The food even after being remade is lukewarm at best. A lot of the workers are very unfriendly. I’m not going back any time soon. This store needs a MAJOR overhaul with management whether a big wig coming or a new manager.

If you’re in the Parkersburg/Vienna area do not come to the 7th Street McDonald’s the place is uncleanly the staff will literally get into an argument over a medium drink whenever you ordered a large drink and then they won’t give you the large drink instead they give you a medium drink and walk away. Lmao like why????

Ordered two biscuits and 4 hash browns and drinks,they said it would be a couple minutes for the biscuits,so they pulled us up,10 minutes later we are still waiting,so I go in and of course not happy and the bag was sitting there ready,pretty sad and no apology whatsoever,we go to this McDonalds at least 3-4days a week,very disappointed and to top it off,they didn’t put my cheese on one of the biscuits!!!!

They did not give us the monopoly stickers on 3 of our sandwiches and they messed our deluxe quarter pounder and gave us a double with cheese even though we asked for no cheese because of lactose intolerance

We basically eat there everyday, up until yesterday. Whenever I paid for our food with a $100 bill, they acted like we were trying to rob the place. Said my money was fake & they called the cops on us & treated us like trash. We had just came from the bank up the road. I have not ever been treated so badly or embarrassed by someone in my life. I’ll NEVER go back there by as long as I live. They need to either fire & hire ALL new employees or shut down.

I walked in a little after 1pm. No one in the restaurant. I waited 2 minutes before anyone came to the counter to take my order. I ordered a McChicken Sandwich. I then proceeded to wait and wait and wait for my Sandwich. After 5 minutes the inside of the restaurant was full (about 8 people) and the drive thru had a line around the building (about 15 cars). I’m standing directly in front of the counter holding my number up so the people in the back could see me and my number. It took them 12 minutes to get me my food. It looked and sounded like they had a full crew. What took them so long to make my sandwich I guess I’ll never know. I don’t know how long everyone else had to wait.

I hate to make a bad review but uhm this was ridiculous. We went through the drive thru specifically asked for fresh fries, the guy taking our order said they could do that. We get our food ONLY burgers are fine, BUT i go back inside to ask for a refund.. i don’t even get the chance to ask i just told the girl upfront they were old and not one word she just snatched them out of my bag went to the back and got new ones…i went back to the car bc i was SHAKING…i check the rest of our stuff one pop was flat, lettuce old and slimy, chicken nuggets were old, chicken snack wraps old. We had two separate orders and both WERE OLD!!! i called back in to speak to the manager and she interrupted me saying “oh i just dropped those” acting as if im not the one who just ate old food and had to SPIT IT OUT.. she’s so rude giving me attitude and i tried to speak again after she interrupted and she’s still speaking over me and yelling… the manager is not setting a good example for the other co workers.. No wonder why everyone is so rude. You may have a bad day but it’s still your job. -1000000000000000/10 DONT RECOMMEND
