We had a great experience at this McDonalds – Megan and Lela we’re so nice and even helped me out after I made an error on our online order. We travel all over the US and this was the nicest McDonald’s staff I’ve ever met! When I was waiting at the front I even got asked by 5 different employees if someone had helped me yet! Very good experience!

I ordered breakfast on the app. When we got to the drive through we were told we couldn’t have the food because it was after breakfast hours (even though we ordered before). We got only drinks, but were still charged for the full amount. After 3 calls to the restaurant and emailing McDonald’s, they still have not resolved the error 2 weeks later. Finally I just disputed the charge with the credit card. (See below: the owner gave me a link to the exact same McDonald’s email address I already emailed before. Eventually that email address reviewed the situation and said the owner would be the best one to resolve the situation…merry go round of no one knowing what they are doing)

It’s not rocket science when someone orders and asks for sauce for nuggets not to forget to add to bag!! What do expect though for minimum wage employees

It took over 20 minutes for anyone to get served food. No one on the register. There were fully staffed in the back, lots of chatting going on. Would not recommend.

Very very disappointing. The men’s room was disgusting and filthy. It’s obviously never been cleaned. They’re competing with sheets for the filth awards.
I wish I was joking. I blame only the managers because they too use these bathrooms and they see how god-awful gross and disgusting they are. This is what they’re showing all their customers who unfortunately have to use the facilities.
The rest of the restaurants filthy looking too. I mean sure we’re eating and not getting killed each time but it sure doesn’t make you feel good coming to a place like this where they serve food when it’s filthy from top to bottom.

It was 2 minutes and 30 seconds until lunch and the guy at the window said he cant give us lunch so we said we will just go ahead through the line, it was lunch time when we got to the window and they still refused survice and was ignorant, wouldnt recommend
