The store is a lot cleaner but employee working the front line had an attitude like she didn’t want to be at work. When I said that sweet tea was past expiration time she got even more rude. Three employees are NOT in uniform and I know that goes against company policy. Someone from corporate needs to do a random check in. Seriously McDonald’s in Hinton do better. Asked for very light salt on the fries and they were loaded down with salt. There was a dog in the restaurant which goes against the health department policy. Every employee not in uniform coming from smoking is not washing their hands before touching the food.

I made a mobile order for a Big Mac with my rewards. I pulled up only to Amanda, the apparent manager glaring at my daughter and I and loudly expressing our order had been cancelled. The receipt I was given was apparently for a quarter pounder, I didn’t look because I was driving up to the window. Not my error or problem. I was not the one working the drive thru. Amanda had a loud mouth and made quite the scene over having to fetch the Big Mac. She was rude, unprofessional, and acted completely miserable to not only me and my daughter, but to the other staff as well. I had words to say because I’m tired of people like Amanda acting like they’re entitled to behave in such a crappy way with no recourse for their loud mouth actions. That behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially from a manager. I would suggest removing her from the position or coaching the team on how to behave to one another and to customers. I do not and will not put up with nonsense from Amanda or anyone else. Not to mention how many times the food we’ve gotten has been cold and the fries have been under cooked and items missing that I pay for. Kindness goes a long way and this McDonalds needs so much work. If you’re that miserable at your job go to college or find something else. Poor management style and approach. The owner must not be any better by the constant issues that seem to arise at this establishment. Prejudice and entitled behaviour seems to be acceptable around these parts, but it isn’t in my world and I don’t tolerate nonsense. Do and Be better!

well upon arrival lastnight i ordered a big mag meal with large fries and a dr pepper they told us to pull up at the curbside pick up to wait for our food. well we waited 45+ min for a drive thru order and our orders was HORRENDOUS. also, mind you not why are we cleaning and closing the store at 6pm? why aren’t we doing our jobs right and just smoking every 3 min when you have someone come through? poor service and very very bad workers. won’t be coming back till you guys do better.

Horrible McDonalds!! Pull up to drive thru and told lady I couldn’t see the menu screen and was told nothing she could do about that. I placed my order and screen menu popped up after placing the order.
Was told to park in spot 1 to wait on food. Poor girl trying her best, came to our vehicle 2 times with someone else’s food. She had no clue where to go.
Finally got our food and we were short a large fry and the large fry we got was only half full.
Don’t know why I’m posting this as it looks Ike the manager/owner doesn’t care as I see no one replies to the reviews.

Stopped for quick lunch and food was not hot cheese didn’t melt and for got several items. We had a big group. Ice machine didn’t work. Manager ignored you when you went back up to get something they forgot. Waited in line 5 mins or so or had to yell to get someone’s attention. Hamburgers were cold,nuggets wasn’t hot for got BBQ sauce and several other items.

I typed in Bojangles on google maps and i hit the sponsored one at the top not thinking about it and when i get there its a McDonalds and the Bojangles is 35 minutes away so i get 2 biscuits that could fit in the palm of your hand and a shitty coffee for 8 dollars. McDonald’s is slipping

What the food is like is dependent on what time of day you go. If you go during the day while the kids are in school, you’re likely to get what you ordered and it will look like it’s supposed to. If you go any time after the high-school kids have come in to work their shifts, you may get your correct order, but it looks and is a huge mess when you open it. This is aimed at the Hinton location. It does no good to call management because all you get is a kid pretending to be that.

I’ve lived in Hinton for around 3-4 months now, and in my honest opinion it is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too, always so slow, the workers hardly speak to you, and anything you ask for they act as if it’s an inconvenience. Definitely will not be going back.
