Absolutely the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped in. Every table in the place was covered in sticky stuff and crumbs the floors were disgusting. The drink.
Station looked like a sticky splash pad, the bathrooms were horrible even had mold rings and the toilets and no toilet paper to be had when I told the employee that the restrooms were out of toilet paper.He rolled his eyes at me and mumbled something as he was walking away and that was supposed to be the manager. I worked for McDonald’s for 6 and a 1/2 years.Never did any of the locations.I worked for look like that. Our food was cold fries less than room temp all this at 11am. Will never eat there again.

Why do yall say open till 1am but start closing way before? Ordered my food at 1220am on the McDonalds app and when I arrived 1240am I was told they didn’t have the food after me already paying for it. Have to wait in the drive thru even though there was more then enough time to have it ready in time and instead of a burger that was paid for get a mcchicken? Terrible. Change your closing time to 12am.

Drive through ordered a combo meal…. They immediately up size you without asking you. I requested I want the #9 combo meal on the menu for 8.99 that is on the drive through menu. She then has my meal at 10.19. I ask her to please give me the #9 double cheeseburger meal for 8.99 on the menu. She states to me that special is no longer available. I said it is the regular #9 combo not a special. She says that price is not correct any longer. Ok I said…. Will call the better business bureau tomorrow and the state attorney for bait and switch and false representation of menu items. Done eating here…. Pretty sad…. I wonder how many thousands they fleece in our community each week.

This place is disgusting. Y’all got so many workers in the back but no one cleans the place. It’s filthy. Customers should not have to wipe their own tables. The bathrooms are nasty the food was nasty. The soda was flat. I threw my food away because of how gross & salty the burger was. Do better. This place is a dump!

In this small little town works a GM named Robin H. I have traveled many miles. Eaten at several McDonald’s. I have never seen a person put the effort into this like he does. He told us about how he’d worked here over 20years. He literally gleamed when my wife complimented the coffee. She struggles to find consistency in the product these days.
Laughing, Robin said “not at MY McDonalds”!
So rare, full ownership!!!

Thank you for this blessing Robin. It was a joy to stop in “Your” McDonalds!

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Robin H., the general manager, greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly hello—it was clear right away that he genuinely loves what he does and truly cares about people. He was especially kind to our kids. The food came out almost instantly and was exactly as ordered. His staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the entire visit even better. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the level of friendliness, efficiency, and genuine care we experienced here made it impossible not to. Robin and his team made our visit stand out, and they all deserve recognition for it!

Now here is a little gem among the fierce competition in the fast food world. In my eyes this particular McDonalds store shows and delivers on what we were taught about what quality, honesty, empathy,and responsibility was meant to be. All with, it seems, little effort.

I believe the art of customer service is a dying one if not already dead but I promise you if you visit this store you’ll remember at least one person who just plain made you feel good or brought a smile to your face that you won’t forget for some time.

Eh. I may have placed a lot of value in something possibly trivial but it’s my goal that when someone thinks of me they will smile. These guys deserve that same honor.
