ordered 10 piece nugget meal and 2 cookies. Took 15 mins for the wait after being asked to pull ahead for “fresh” food. After waiting literally 15ims, had to walk in the store, to be told cookies are being prepared and tale time. I asked to have the meal without cookies and told to wait, they’ll be done soon. $1 burnt cookies aren’t worth the wait…..Lady at window 1 was professional and prompt. Management could be more involved expressing urgency in order fulfillment, but then again need to remind myself that its a fast food establishment…..

What is it with you all and ketchup? LOL I ask at the window, they get annoyed and tell me to ask at the drive through intercom. I do, they forget and still get mad I didn’t ask, even though I did. You all that work there, I respect what you do, it’s not easy. Just please relax on people asking for free sauce. It shouldn’t matter when you ask. I can’t even believe I’m typing this. After the 75th time, you just have to speak up.

Food isn’t bad, service is absolutely horrible. Only McDonald’s that has to pull you forward from the window every time you come there. Currently pulled forward with 3 other cars waiting on our food. Avoid this McDonald’s and go elsewhere if possible

Crazy to me how a restaurant opens first thing in the morning, and this is how nasty the bathroom is. If the bathroom is this nasty as soon as it’s open, I can’t imagine how nasty the kitchen is. I would tell you to stay away until they can keep this play clean. The female bathroom was just as bad. The people working couldn’t even get the food right. They need a complete overhaul.

Was good for the breakfast sandwiches and drinks. However, paying almost $8 for 2 mcflurries that aren’t even full and when you ask why they aren’t full you get the response “that’s just how we make it” then giving me an iced coffee in a cracked cup. Would have given 5 stars if not for feeling ripped off. You can do better mcdonalds.

I dont know why but the whole floor was slippery and an akward slippery. There was a faint smell of cat litter throughout. I just got sausage biscuits cause I was in a hurry. They were great for McDonalds, probably the best McDonalds biscuit I’ve had. The biscuits looked made this morning amd not just thawed out. The service was fast and friendly. The place recently had a renovation amd it looks great and modern .Again my issues were the slippery floor an odd smell. Ill just have to stick to the drive-thru from here on. Their drive-thru when I was in there was packed with both lanes full but it was moving. I do recommend and if Im ever craving McDs downtown Ill definetly be back.

At 8:30 tonight there were 2 young men working the drive through, if you ever read this review..PROMOTE THEM, give them a raise. I kid you not they made my food the best it has ever been! MY SUNDAE?! Filled to the top with caramel. EXTRA M&M’s. Bravo! My food?! Fresh and crispy! In the bag I had extra sauce?! Mind you, I know how you guys are when giving out sauce, these boys were the opposite. I hope that everything good in life comes to them. They even gave me so many extra napkins and were so sweet! It’s giving Chik-Fil-a customer service tbh. Matter of fact, forget manager, put them on the board.
