So, by far this is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in years! I ordered online and parked in curbside pickup. A guy came out and informed me that my crispy chicken sandwich would be 7 minutes but that it was cooking already. Obviously, when I got it, it was HOTT. But so was the rest of my food. The guy was very friendly and asked if there was anything else I needed. Service was great. Food was great. No complaints at all.

Just horrible. I went there to get my food and I open my bag up and go to eat my sandwich and there’s a hair in it. I asked for a refund and the manager was so rude to me and told me that they didn’t even care and i should go someplace else.. also from my friend’s experience one of the managers threw her food at her because they had a past problem. I really think someone should do something about this place because all I hear is bad reviews. Thank you

We ordered inside to go, and had to wait a bit for our order, but the food was hot and fresh. Seems they were working to keep the drive thru moving and were a little understaffed

It took two trips into the restaurant to get an order for 20 Nuggets and a Big Mac correct! The first trip in took over 20 minutes…and they still didn’t get it right! There was one other person waiting for food at the time.. he mentioned he’d been waiting for his food at least 15 minutes. Within 10 minutes a drive thru customer was inside, asking for items left out of her bag. An employees shouted “how long as the drive thru been at window” another person shouted back “6 minutes but that was a few minutes ago”. The second trip into the store was due to the 20 piece McNuggets (that took 20 minutes) being cold and uncooked in the center and the no cheese Big Mac having 2 slices of melted cheese. A total of 45 minutes we had the right food, along with 2 complimentary fries for the wait. I probably should have been concerned with eating the food…but 45 minutes later I was too hungry to worry about it. Avoid this McDonalds like the plague if you are looking for fast food!

Not a fan of this next gen idea to get rid of human contact. This is a nice place, like all the other McDonald’s this has fallen victim to the fact that it’s hard to talk to someone behind that counter when you have a question or an issue.

This is our local McDonalds, so we’ve been here quite a few times over the years. I don’t recall having a bad experience. On our last trip there they switched our order around so that we could save money and still get the same food, which I thought was really cool and much appreciated. The time before that I got a huge piece or chicken on my biscuit, which i loved lol!

I visit this McDonald’s very often and this evening I went in and ordered the 2 for $6 deal only to be told that it ended today but there was still a sign up advertising it. I said well today isn’t over till 11:59pm and another boy with his hair stringing down had just told the girl that it ended today but when I said day wasn’t over he walked out to register and said that ended a couple days ago, ok so which one was it??? So long story short they couldn’t get story straight and was kinda rude about it. And let’s not forget to mention when I walked to counter to order I stood for several minutes waiting to be waited on when several saw me but chose to ignore that I was standing there. This group working there sure needs to get it together and stop ignoring the fact that people are standing at the counter to be waited on. Management sucks the only managers that ever do anything is Liz and Jeff and my personal opinion Jeff deserves a raise for the hours he dedicates to serve the public at this McDonald’s.
