We ordered food the other day via the app bc it was one of the only places “open”. App says they’ve got the order and it’s being made, we drive to the place and they’re closed. $20 out of our pockets that we cannot get back via calling because instead of getting a better phone-line, the employees say hello three times while you’re trying to talk to them and then just hang-up on you.

13 minute wait for a warm smoothie and ice cold sandwich. Store was NOT remotely busy. 1 family dine in. 1 employee on lunch, literally 26 minutes for my foreman to get a ice coffee in the wrong size and a large fry.
I dont belive its unrealistic to assume I can walk into an empty mcdonalds when im ON THE CLOCK at work, with a 30 MINUTE PERIOD and get fast food and be back from lunch on time

It’s sad that McDonald’s advertises have a grinch meal and haven’t had it every time we come in. And the lady that checked us out just told us they won’t have it it’s the 7th of December and you don’t have the one thing the kids and parents are looking forward to. And this not the first time every time there is a special featured they never have it at any McDonalds. Shame on you McDonalds you get all these kids excited about something you are supposed to to have through Christmas and you don’t have it. The mine craft meat was the same way. It’s a shame and McDonald don’t do better for your loyal customers.

Went thru drive thru and the drive thru women was screaming and throwing a fit about the ice machine not working.. I’m from ohio they don’t act like that at the others ! If I acted like that in front of a customer it wouldn’t be good. She just handed our bag out and didn’t say nothing.

Shania at the Huntington Mall (WV) location is friendly, professional, and a real jewel in McDonald’s crown. She should be promoted to a position wherein she trains other staff to treat customers as well as she treats them. 🙂

I go here all the time and my food is always messed up some way but tonight really made me mad I ordered two number one. One with two extra cheese and extra Mac no pickles the slip they put on read right and so did my receipt but of coarse not a drop
Of Mac sauce no where this happens all the time but I was the only one in line they wasn’t busy not that that’s an excuse but come on it’s getting ridiculous I spend too much money there to not get what I ordered!!!

I’m not a fan of fast food burger joints, especially the big 3 (McDonalds, Burger King, and Wendys).
That being said, sometimes you just crave a Big Mac and some fresh fries. It’s honestly my go-to guilty pleasure.
Since the remodel, the restaurant is clean and orderly. Placing and receiving your order is easy and stress free. Food is fresh.
When it comes to deals and reward points,
McDonald’s has one of the best apps in the industry. Get great discounts and free food! Do the survey on the receipts and get BOGO on sandwiches!

Ordered a medium coffee and got a small, then was told that this is how they are made now. Payed 4 dollars for a drink of coffee and a bunch of ice.

Usually McDonalds does good job packing the foods. Need slow down make sure lids are actually on right . I’ve dropped couple times bc lids . It’s important that clerk gets all requests of sauces etc. Window clerks seem friendly most time .

If there was any way I could give this McDonalds a negative rating – I would! We went through the drive thru and the person taking orders was extremely rude – even telling us that we needed to switch lanes. We did and they proceeded to be rude as they took our order. When we pulled up they all but threw the bag at us. We reach in to get our fries and they are ice cold and gross. We go in to have them give us hot fries – they sling the bag across the counter and say – “here. There’s the order.” Take them out to the car where my husband is waiting – reach in – guess what – COLD FRIES AGAIN! My husband went in and asked for a manager and no one would give us a number for a manager. We will never be back.
