I found hair in my food when I got home with my drive thru order and called to complain and got laughed at. She didn’t even really hear me out she just laughed and said that’s not possible and hung up. Still floors me that was the initial reaction…to a customer complaint of all things. She escalated the situation from an accident to being outright rude. After the call, hair, and rest of the “glowing” reviews I’m probably never going back. Food wasn’t even worth taking a bite.

There is too much to really say. Could have been a bad day. The employees that I had contact with were very CONTRARY with my food? Pictures might SAY! Burnt or not cooked at all? McDonald’s is going through a transformation with the covid VIRUS? Multiple ways there having to serve the public drive-thru; curbside, inside, mobile ORDERS and delivery? Seems that there LEADERSHIP needs to maybe look and evaluate there operations. Last thing is ordered coffee and went back four times before they got it right? Oh! Cell phone uae at the front counter while expediting ORDERS. Very unsanitary.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it wasn’t the best. The cheese was half on the burger the other half on the outside of bun. Bread was hard meat was greasy and only had a pickle, 2 pieces of onion and ketchup on it. Never going back it seems prices went up but quality of food went down

Never go inside to get food. They don’t care at the counter. Ordered to sandwiches plain and confirmed it with the guy on the headset. Asked for an apple pie too. Got to the window and they asked me if I wanted to wait for the pie. I said ‘sure’. How long could it possible take – 5 mins? 15 minutes later they bring me my food. I’m sure the rest of our read sitting there waiting for the pie to be finished. Got the bag and left. Got home and my sandwich was loaded. I’ve been burned there before. Never again….
