This particular McDonald’s is super slow and the food crappy. It seems I can not get an order done 100% correct at any visit at anytime of day. Doesn’t matter. And when you do finally get food. It looks and tastes like it’s been sitting awhile. Burgers are usually dried up or just literally thrown together in the box. Go to another McDonald’s

1st off I sat at the order menu for ever, then they decided to take the person’s order behind me before they finally took mine! Then when I get home and take a nugget out I realize how dirty the box is then I see dried ketchup inside the box and I’m just like nah I’m good! Filthy store! Worst store I’ve ever seen. Dead bugs and trash everywhere. Drink stations nasty, trash bins overflowing. If I had not paid for a carry put order already I would have walked out.
Long wait times as well. Ordered at 7:38 and served at 7:52. Lid not hooked on sundae and made a huge sticky mess in my car. Ugh.

Popped through the drive through to get an apple pie. They only had one. Sarai Lopez was working and recommended the seasonal holiday pie. She went out of her way to make sure there was at least 1 apple pie in case the holiday pie wasn’t enjoyable. She also did a great job describing my options and outlining the price for the pies. Sarai was helpful, friendly, and efficient. Based on her service alone, I will absolutely return to this location!

Very poor service!!! Put a mobile order in at 10:40 am, it’s breakfast they serve breakfast until 11am and the mobile app would only offer breakfast at that time. My son went to go pick it up (it’s after 11 now) and he’s told it’s lunch we are not serving breakfast now you will have to cancel the order. The order was placed before 11 and it should have been taken care of, it was not placed after 11. Wasting the customers time!! Don’t offer something if you can not fulfill the order!!! Very rude for you all to do!!! Customer service is very poor.

A perfect example of what happens when management allows a place to be short staffed during lunch and dinner rushes on Weekends. I was coming in to pick up a door dash that should have been ready as it had been ordered over 15 minutes ago and was just two boxes of nuggets and french fries. There was a line of 7-8 people there and not a soul at the counter. Everyone was talking about how long they’d been waiting- average seemed to be over half an hour, with some claiming 45 minutes. One woman in front of me waited an hour for them to get her order wrong- and then they gave her the burger out of someone else’s order to get her out of the way. One kept calling and asking for a refund The drive through seemed to be the priority- no one manning the front- I was waiting to pick up a doordash and ended up helping a customer use the machine to place her order so she could at least get her order in line (she had waited over 10 minutes). One grinch order sat over an hour in the pickup window. The staff were scrambling in the back, visably frantic and overwhelmed- but for some reason they were also running things outside to people despite the windows appearing to work?
Update: EVEN WHEN THEY ARE SLOW, they suck. I stood there for 10 minutes with my bag five feet away and sealed trying to flag down an employee. There were two cars in the drive through the entire time and they were laughing and joking around.

The current state of this restaurant still hasn’t changed, where you’ll have to wait 10-20 minutes over a burger or two. It varies but in my personal experience, it overall is abysmal.

This McDonald’s usually does a great job. I have had the occasional missing item, or long wait time hence the 4 stars but overall they are one of the better McDonald’s I have been to. And the burgers actually look nice and neat.

Horribly slow. Came in ordered dine in at 12:19. Got food 40 minutes later. Only stayed for the grinch socks. It was at lunch time and they were very busy, is the excuse given by the employee. Couple sitting beside us was seated at the trash can and constantly had to move so people could throw their trash away. They got the wrong order and we were missing an item from our order. Food was not hot when it did arrive. Needless to say, the socks were the only good thing that we got from McDonald’s that day.
