Today we came in and they were extremely under staffed, we completely get it because of the snow. doordashers everywhere, one lady picked up 7 bags for doordash. Crazy!! They’re working this hard with only 4 employees!! I would like to mention Patricia! She was sooo sweet and so understanding and made sure we all set and okay! Thank you Patricia for being so kind and understanding, your smile was radiating joy.

I come to this McDonalds alll the time & tonight I had some of the BEST service through the drive thru, it was in fact so good I just had to make a review to tell someone haha.
I don’t know her name but the manager tonight 2/12/26 was ON POINT! She was very kind with every order despite being a bit busy. Not to mention all of our food was Hot and Correct!!
The young man at the drive thru window was also very pleasant. A+ for the crew y’all had tonight!!

Slowest McDonalds in the area. Took 45 minutes for a mobile order to be ready, had to walk to the counter to get it. Plus, they forgot an item. There were other people there waiting 30min + for their items. The workers here don’t care, don’t have a sense of urgency, and need training asap. Hope management fixes this location.

When I Ordered Breakfast on the Mobile App 10:47am and they Don’t Stop Serving Breakfast till 11:00 they will Charge Your Card and They Won’t Make Your Order
Then they ask where was you when you put the order in like that has something to do with it! The app accepted my order and charged my card and gave me a code to give it the drive-through I live 2 min away I arrived
10 min before 11:00 just to be told, sorry we don’t have your order. We no longer are serving breakfast when I asked OK well I need my money back because you guys charge my card they told me sorry call customer service. Have a good day.! This place has the shittiest workers I’ve ever seen in any fast food place. Their attitudes are horrible. It’s unreal.!

Every.Single.Time!! My order is wrong. Made it out to grab breakfast to go this morning, and, like a dummy, I didn’t actually open the wrappers to check before I drove off. I ordered a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McMuffin with hash brown and tea, and a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese biscuit with hash brown and tea. First, the 2 teas were all concentrate—you know, that dark cloudy color—but no big deal because I can water those down at home. I got the 2 hashbrowns , no McMuffin at all. Instead, I received 1 biscuit with sausage only, and 1 biscuit with the yellow folded egg only. They had 2 people working the 1st window, and 3 people working the 2nd window, and still both meals were wrong. Oh, and, of course, no going back to fix it because breakfast is over. I tried calling, as I always do, and the mailbox is not accepting messages, as it never does. Hopefully, showing the manager this review with the date and timestamp will allow me to get part of my money back, or at least replacement sandwiches, the next time I can make it there before breakfast is over. ♀️

This place robs door dash customers!!! Do not door dash food with this place. Twice they stole money from me. I ordered 8pies 2 doubles cheeseburgers 2 regular cheeseburgers and two drinks for a total of 40$…I got 2pies, 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 cheeseburgers and 2 drinks. They wont answer their phones and they wont fix their mistakes. The first time this happened I wrote it off as they may of been busy, this time im sure they are stealing money from their door dash customers. My bag was sealed when the dasher gave it to me. I see the order ticket where they marked off everything and their initials were JV. Please, I hope this helps someone else not feel how I feel right now…robbed.

It’s not five-star cuisine, but this McDonald’s is consistently solid. I ordered through the drive-thru and ended up with a Big Mac instead of chicken nuggets, but the team handled it quickly when I went inside. The staff are always friendly, and they usually have fresh fries — which makes all the difference. One small mix-up doesn’t take away from the good service and overall reliable experience.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. Every trash can inside was overflowing, with trash scattered all over the floors and even on the tables. The place felt dirty and poorly maintained, which made it hard to enjoy the meal at all. On top of that, the food tasted off, like it wasn’t fresh and it was grimy. To make matters worse, they still managed to get our order wrong. Overall, it was a frustrating visit and not what I expect from a McDonald’s.

this place is good and fresh, but they dont listen. they said they didnt have any other sauces for my chicken nuggets except honey mustard so we asked for honey mustard, but. they didnt include it. i am very upset. the food was amazing but it wasnt as phenomenal without my favourite honey mustard, that was still in stock, but they didnt add.
