I was disappointed with my visit to this location yesterday. Normally it’s a good experience but the store was slow with only a couple customers yet the lobby was dirty with only one or two clean tables. There were no large lids for the drinks, and several of the employees were hanging out in the outdoor picnic area with friends taking up space that could be used for customers. The atmosphere was unprofessional and seemed to be lacking a manager or authority figure on duty. My son and Mom’s food was very good, but the 2 piece chicken tenders I received were very old and mostly just crusty with the chicken dried up. I hope my next visit I see improvement and out of fairness will certainly review again.

This restaurant would do 100% better if the management employed workers that actually worked. I love being told to “pull up” to wait for my food after already being in line for 20 minutes…Especially when there were only 3 cars in the drive thru and nobody inside. I could almost understand if the place were busy, but while I was there, the only thing busy was the backdoor where the “workers” were busy smoking (3)

Love the Mc Donald’s app.. I get many things at a deal a d many even free. It always works fast and I never have complaints . Seems that the staff never get my order wrong when I use the mobile app. But on occasion get it wrong when I order without using the app.
