This is a 5 star only if you like McDonald’s. Consistency from place to place is what I value and this franchise is perfect at that. The lady up front was very nice and very good too. Zoom zoom. I remembered to use the app on my phone and saved 20%. Plus I earned points. They are definitely driving us to the app.

I was disappointed with my visit to this location yesterday. Normally it’s a good experience but the store was slow with only a couple customers yet the lobby was dirty with only one or two clean tables. There were no large lids for the drinks, and several of the employees were hanging out in the outdoor picnic area with friends taking up space that could be used for customers. The atmosphere was unprofessional and seemed to be lacking a manager or authority figure on duty. My son and Mom’s food was very good, but the 2 piece chicken tenders I received were very old and mostly just crusty with the chicken dried up. I hope my next visit I see improvement and out of fairness will certainly review again.

The younger staff here are the most pathetic people and workers I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. You ask for light mayo on a sandwich and they basically dump an entire mayo container onto your food instead. You ask or say anything to them at the window and they dismiss you instead of taking 2 seconds to listen and provide the service you’re asking for. I’m always polite and go out of my way to be nice to all workers everywhere and I don’t leave reviews like this but as I sit here and chew my mayonnaise sandwich I cannot help but be pissed off
It’s not too much to ask for your food that you pay for to be made the way you will enjoy eating it

But these gen Z workers decide to be smart asses and give you extra extra mayo instead of light. Good thing it’s just mayonnaise today but what happens the next time they ignore someone’s order instructions and send someone into anaphylaxis because they can’t be bothered to care

Placed an order on the app which said store closed at 1 am, got there and they were closed. Contacted customer service for a refund and was told it was referred to the store. never herd from the store.Had to file a dispute with MY CC company.

First, buy a printer or at least some ink for the one you have because I have yet to get a legible receipt in almost 2 years of frequenting this place. Second, it’s getting ridiculous that every time I visit, I’m told, not asked, but told to pull forward to wait for my order. The clocked times for order fulfillment cannot be accurate, at least not for my orders. Your drive-thru employees depend heavily on making customers wait at any window but window #2. It doesn’t seem to matter if I’m waiting on a single item or multiple bags of items. I’m told to pull forward to wait for my food unless Madison is working the second window. She seems to be the only competent employee there. I would do whatever necessary to keep her happy if I employed her. Your employees, other than her, are completely incompetent. Oh, it should be noted that I place my orders on the mobile app, so they have plenty of time to get my food ready before I arrive at the store to retrieve it. It takes me approximately 11-12 minutes to drive to the store from my house, and every time I’m told to pull forward, I wait anywhere from 5-10 minutes for my order to finally be fulfilled, and most of the time it is inaccurate. Do better! Hire employees who know how to verify the contents of the to-go bags with the order on-screen before they hand an inaccurate order out to the customers and walk away, thereby forcing customers to park and come inside for accurate order fulfillment. And I might add, they’re not exactly polite when I come inside and state my order wasn’t fulfilled accurately. Most of the time, they’re rude and sarcastic, telling me I must’ve overlooked what’s missing when I didn’t.

I’ve officially found the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I asked about a receipt and she replied ” paper supposed to come out, but don’t” I said well how do I know my order number?!? ” What’d ya get” 15 minutes later I had to ask someone else where my food was. Do yourself a huge favor and go to Wendy’s across the street!
