We stopped by for a late lunch. Chicken nugget happy meal with apples, fries, and chocolate milk for my girl and I got two double cheeseburgers without bun and ketchup. The presentation of both weren’t great. The nuggets and fries were overdone and not great… The apples were in great shape though (some in the past have had so many bruises on them that you have to throw them away).
The cheeseburgers were ok and at least they were made correctly. I’m glad we dined in because they forgot the ketchup for the happy meal (which was asked and recorded at ordering) and no silverware for the burgers without the buns. The man that waited in us was at least nice and helpful.

Worst experience ever!! Ordered through doordash. My order was half wrong! My biscuit looks and feels like it’s been sitting out on a counter! The eggs taste like chemicals. Ordered a large coffee, got a small. This is the worst McDonald’s in the Charleston area!

I would give a zero if possible – we ordered two kids cheeseburger meals and received NONE. One meal was a four piece chicken nugget and the other had some mysterious sauce only – not even sure what sauce it was. I have tried to call store to complain and no one will answer – my recommendation – ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE leaving drive thru – will never go here again.

It should be illegal to sell biscuits that looks like this. The manager should be ashamed to put something like this out to sell, the best policy here was I’m sorry we’re out of biscuits this morning or the oven is broke, where is the training. These biscuits are not even edible the bottom is drenched in grease they look like they’re half done, good grief. Can this McDonald’s get any worse.

The worst McDonald’s in the Charleston area. Drive thru is ALWAYS the slowest of any fast food chain in town. Right now I have been here 15 minutes in line and the line is around the building. 13 cars waiting here all this time smh

Depending on the time and day that you come to McDonald’s is your experience with the other customers. This is the Westside of Charleston, there’s a lot of homeless and other issues. As far as employees, I’ve never had a problem with and they’ve always been very polite. The store is usually well kept and the restrooms. When I order my food is usually always fresh and good. Sometimes not, that again depends on the time and day. Overall 4* rating.

This is what I got when I ordered a large fry. Plus with the fries I did get it tasted like they were in a hurry and pulled them too soon. The quality of food has gone down lately along with customer service. You don’t get a smile from them and you don’t even get a greeting from the cashier. If going thru the drive thru they hand your food to you and walk away. They never even say goodbye or get lost.

The Patrick Street location has been closed for quite some time now, and the building was demolished this week… Not sure why this location is “sponsered” in search results and how the business owner confirmed operating hours “a week ago” for a business that physically no longer exists.
