So I ordered 2 $5.00 meals and a fish meal and with 3 Sweet teas. The employee only rang up fish sandwich not meal forgot one of my Mcdoubles. So one person didn’t get a tea or fries. I did go back in and got the sandwich and had to buy a sweet tea. Paid for the tea and after the employee rang me up she just clocked out and left me standing at the counter. POOR SERVICE!!!

I had ordered 10 pc chicken nuggets meal a few days ago, there was only 8. This time I ordered the hot honey bacon chicken sandwich meal, no bacon and the coke is flat. No carbonation. I’m not going back. Do not recommend since making food and counting is a challenge for them. On top of that, the staff is rude, and less than capable of greeting customers in a friendly manner. They should all be replaced with a better staff.

Everytime I visit this specific location McDonald’s, the fries are always hot and fresh. I do not find that at every McDonald’s. I definitely perfer this one as the food is always on point and always correct even when I customize it, which i appreciate. If you are having a late night, it’s nice that this locations lobby stays open til 1am. Very convenient. Clean. Good service.

They are awful about DoorDash. I’ve called about my order missing items or being incorrect. They say they’ll fix it – and give you the run around. I had missing items and wrong orders about 5 times this month (Dec. 2025) Missing hashbrowns – sausage egg and cheese McGriddle with no eggs- honey for pancakes. They are consistently inconsistent. They do not follow directions or listen. They are better if you go in store – but I do not recommend DoorDash – they will mess you over. Allison was previously helpful and I appreciate her – Julie did not help as much and told me to call about it – I will 🙂

Night shift workers are generally always great. Food is alright when there’s barely anything else open. Hit or miss on whether you’ll get fresh fries though.

The bathrooms were clean, the restaurant was clean, the food was hot and came out quick. We lose a start because there wasn’t a changing table. I’m not docking them because they can’t help it but there seemed to be a lot of people on drugs wandering around the building, but we didn’t have any issue with them.

Food is basic McDonald’s, not bad as long as you luck in to fresh fries. The system McDonald’s uses these days seems to have the whole staff just rushing constantly to get food out.

I picked up my son from his grandparents here. This is a half way spot between Ohio and NC. They ate here and said it was good. I used the restroom and ordered a drink. Service was quick and the restroom was clean. This was a very busy location, but service went on non-stop.

Just waited 10 mins for a biscuit and a fountain drink. Bugs always in the pastry display. Staff just stands and stares at you. Last time in the drive thru I waited 28 mins for a cheeseburger and a drink. The WORST McDonald’s EVER. It’s a shame that the owner allows this kind of service. It needs torn down and a Sheetz placed here

I as a paying customer find it disrespectful to keep the doors locked until they see fit..it is now 4;45 a.m. and they just u locked the door as they seen me take a picture of there business hours .and it clearly has dinning room open 4a.m..every day..so why block customers from entering for? Completely rude and offensive because I get off work at 3:30 a m and would like to enjoy some breakfast..
