Served me a RAW burger. Didn’t get my order right at all and when I got home I took a few bite of my burger before I realized it wasn’t cooked. Tried to call got hung up on twice. Edit: I went in and returned the raw sandwich and was told by the teenager up front “oh no it hapoened yesterday too”. Nit a single apology or offer of my money back.

Visited from va. Stopped here for quick lunch. Staff was awesome and chatted with us recommending some places nearby. Very attentive to costumers needs, gave more sauce to assure we had some before leaving. Decided to dine in because the seating was extremely pleasant. Very clean and wonderful little seats with flower vases. Gosh, I think this was the best mcdonalds I have ever been to. Not to mention the basket of fries on the menu and various items that aren’t an option where I am from. Plus the staff offered us free pies after our meal. 100000/10

Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes at 6pm. 4 cars in front of my drove off. I finally called and they answered their phone and they didn’t know who was in charge of the headset. Disgusting.

20 years in Elkview, one thing is certain. If you want an incorrect order, go to this McDs. If you want a DoorDash accepted but canceled, order it from this McDs. If you want a place that doesn’t know the difference in a hamburger and a cheeseburger, this is your spot.
I would blame management, but surely that has changed over these years. Garbage service and quality has not, though.

The last five times I’ve eaten at this location my order was screwed up. No fries, no sauce, no ice no personality. People were walking out because employees were goofing off and not waiting on customers. Cashier needed a manager. They finally found her outside. Tonight there were no exterior lighting. I’m being generous with that 3 rating.

Don’t even think of eating here they make you wait for an hour in the drive thru before telling you they are closed or there out of everything or some bs reason why you can’t get service. The food is always cold and overcooked. They just stole my money because I ordered from the app went to pick it up and closed as I pulled up after I paid already and my food got thrown away and said oh well there’s nothing we can do.
