Absolutely the slowest service I have ever experienced at a mcdonalds any where ever. It took total 45 minutes to receive our meals and was told we were waiting on nuggets and after 30 min we were told waiting on fries. There was no urgency to anyone and several other customers were left waiting a wondering as well. Won’t be back we will take our chances elsewhere or starve!

My husband ordered quarter pounders with cheese for me and a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese for himself. They gave both of us meat and cheese with nothing else. Also ordered milk shakes and as usual their machine was off. We have never gotten an order that was right from this location.

The evening shift is very incompetent they can barely even read let alone understand basic requests. It’s sad they even keep a job and can’t get a order correct even after explaining it to them 4 times.

McDonald’s is a very busy and popular eating spot in this small town, I must say that when ordering inside being it to go or dine in, there is almost no waiting time, very short line if any. The service is very prompt and sometimes courteous, I feel like the staff could use a few lessons in being helpful and friendly. The food has gotten better about being hot

The drive thru too way to long to get orders out (may 4,2024). Then was told they had to make gravy and would take maybe five more minutes. Lol but the thing was the gravy was fresh but the biscuits was tough and hard (aka old). Come on train your workers right.
