Paid 28.00 for this and hair in my ice cream and the bun is so hard I could hurt someone if I thrown it at them. Called this morning about it and was told we don’t handle complaints about lunch until lunch time. I told him I ordered it right at 11 and he told me to call door dash they can take the complaint. Then it comes to them and they could remake it

I Ordered online. When my wife and I arrived there to mcdonald’s the lady working the front was really rude and said they didn’t have our food because the ticket didn’t come through after I waited for around 35 minutes at first when she first said they would get it ready. So then I had to go out to the car to get my wife to get her phone to prove our order. The lady at the front was still rude and complaining to another lady at the front about working there. Then after we got the food they still forgot to put one of the meals in the bag anf still forgot our drinks. The manager was the only one we seen in there working extremely hard while everyone else was dragging around. We didn’t even get offered a refund for the over hour wait or an apology or anything. We got the food home and the buns were hard we could barely eat it. The lady in the front through my son’s frys upside down in the bag. It was a complete disaster. Again we got no refund, no apology or anything.

The big Mac Get home sat down to eat and this is how it is. They put everything on the bottom layer didn’t put nothing on the top layer just three pieces of bread. Ordered online, table service, put in table number, guy at the counter threw my bag on the counter yelled my name and took off back towards the back, I assume to work on another order, also this location has removed all the self service items, ketchup, napkins, straws, drinks… you have to go to the counter and ask, that wouldn’t be so bad but there was a line of 5 people waiting and no one at the counter because hes in the back making food, so its not even worth getting anything from the counter. I will choose to not eat inside this McDonald’s ever again, the food was good, but having to work to have a decent experience is not worth it. Someone somewhere decided it was a good idea to sacrifice customer experience for their bottom line and its a shame… no wonder McDonald’s sales are declining, I can go to Wendy’s across the street and get my food and get almost anything I need to enjoy my meal.
