Did not serve me at 7:48pm. Ordered through the app. They said their systems were down for maintenance. They could not refund me nor were willing to make my food. Was instructed I would have to come back another day.
For my time I requested to either be refunded and provided the food, or upgraded for free to a more premium offering. I was denied both and advised the manager I would not be returning to McDonald’s again in my life. And believe me …I will not.

This owner just doesnt seem to care anymore. There were three workers (doing their best). The noon replacements were almost 30 min late. The drive thru was wrapped around the building and service was limited. Because I worked in fast food, I dont blame the workers. These owners need to hire people and respond to texts/phone calls.

Went thru the drive thru and one of the items was a chocolate milk I opened the milk and just so happened I noticed something on the inside of the top and it was MOLD! I took the milk back in and got another 1 I checked that before I left and didnt see anything on the top. I get home with the kiddos to eat and I ordered a plain hamburger. The hamburger had ketchup onion pickle mustard so that was a waste! the fries tasted as if they had been sitting all day. It would have been a waste to turn around and carry the items back. I will not be going back there!!!!!

Ever since the remodel this place has dropped like a rock. Wait times in drive-thru are insane and the way the drive thru is you are completely trapped in, don’t go if you are in a time crunch. Complaining to corporate does nothing as they refer it back to the individual store, which also leads to no resolution. Attached is an example, don’t see how this is acceptable in any way, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

That was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I’m pretty sure are french fries hamburger and chicken sandwich or cooked many hours ago and I have never seen so much mayo on one hamburger in my life. I do not recommend this one.

I placed a mobile order to be picked up in the drive through and it was a quick and easy process! Derrick (?) was friendly as he gave us our food. McDonald’s fries are always so yummy!
