If you hate people, and hate McDonalds, and hate your job, find another job. There is no reason to take it out on the customers. This is the closest McDonalds to our home, and every time we come here we regret it. The woman bugged her eyes out at my husband when we were given a crispy chicken (the pickle flavored kind), after order a McChciken, and he was given a Bacon bagel, after ordering a steak and cheese biscuit and she shouted THEY’RE THE SAME THING. I am sorry??? We just want what we paid for. She threw her hands up in his face when we asked for a manager. Then today we wait 20 minutes at curbside to see the same lady bring out long cold food, flat soda and rolled her eyes when we asked for sauces. I say thank you, she says HMPH. And walks off. I just don’t get why people have to treat others so rude. Save yourself the trouble and go a couple miles down the road to the Graves mill McDonalds.

This Pickle was Hungry and got Sausage Gravy and Sausage Egg and Cheese McMuffin. The Gravy was Ice Cold and McMuffin was Dry. I ordered a Large Water to only get a Medium. The Time it took from me Ordering to get Food was Painfully Slow. Wow.

Normally I have a good experience here with customer service but today it was truly awful. I went through the drive through and used my points for an iced coffee, I was given the wrong size at the window and before I could even tell them it was wrong the lady shut the window. I went in to have it fixed and waited at the register for well over 10 minutes while a woman passed by seeing I was standing there and proceeded to ignore me. No “I will be right with you” or anything. She finally comes up and just looks at me so I tell her my issue, she immediately knows exactly what my order was and remakes it to a large. She aggressively puts in on the counter and says “there you go” rudely. My drink was thrown together and not even mixed, which would be fine if she had been nice but she wasn’t at all.

Service sucks. Ordered double quarter pounder with no pickles and 2 snack wraps at drive thru. Lady at window to pay was rude got orders mixed up and didn’t give a receipt. Finally get order at second window and they were rude also. When I get down the road missing a wrap and burger has pickles. Service has gone downhill and start checking orders before pulling away from window.

This location is consistently going downhill. The lady that took my card was nice but the lady at the second window couldn’t be bothered to even look at me or say anything. They always mess something up whether it be forgetting to take something off or getting home and it’s not what I ordered at all.

30 minutes for food. It’s FAST food. 30 minutes is a sit down restaurant experience not mcdonald’s lol. There’s literally no excuse for 30 minutes an average time to make food is 5 minutes.

Ordered at the kiosk, took #11, was told to have a seat and someone would bring us our food. A while later and nothing, not busy in the store so I went up to the counter and there was a bag sitting there. I waved down one of the three or so kids hooting and hollering behind the counter and asked them if the bag was mine, guess what, it was. No idea how long it was there, no one brought it to me, not even a loud “order 11 is ready” – nothing. What’s the point of taking a number if you aren’t going to use them. On top of that the cheeseburger was a hockey puck.
