We are an elderly couple that likes to drive thru & get a soda. Must say that the drive thru has gotten SLOWER & we are in line several minutes. Today we ordered our soda & the price had gone up .55 per soda! This happened a year ago with ice cream cones & we quit getting them. NOW we go elsewhere for a drink. Not worth it!

So I can’t explain what yall thinking but the cleanliness of the store is gross as can be and that is a new building. Newer at that I thought that it would be ok to eat there because I used to work there thought it wasn’t gonna be bad but no. The food was not the best but that’s fast food. Now my wife an I are upset that my 4 year old son finds a bag of weed no he didn’t know what it was he thought it was just some popper that u throw on the ground. Now Appomattox McDonald’s I will what I can do to help yall maybe hire me an we fix that mess.

Some staff is incredibly helpful and the other half brings down the store with bad attitude bad service not Clean in bathroom or dining area plus drink station not clean or stocked up. Facts I am a avid customer I stop every day most time twice a day the last 6 months I have found a huge decline and to many times told to go in a parking spot for someone to bring out my order 4 times a had to go in because they forgot about me i waited patiently for 15 minutes most times . Just letting you know because this was my go to spot but lately i have not been going. I was there today and no one in line and they maybe wait again

I’d like to thank McDonald’s for serving me a meal that perfectly captured the spirit of disappointment. The fries were cold and soggy—basically mashed potatoes holding hands. The burgers were so chilly I’m pretty sure they were auditioning for a role in Frozen 3. And the drink? Completely flat. Not even a single bubble showed up to work.
For the grand total of $11.77, I got a meal so unappetizing it went straight to the trash without passing Go or collecting $200.
Thanks again, McDonald’s, for letting me down with the consistency of a season finale twist—predictable, but still somehow shocking.

Waited an hour for my food. Fries were ice cold and no drinks. Saw someone drop food on the floor and try to put it back in the bag. Another customer saw them do it too and started yelling at the worker for doing that. Absolutely terrible place. Needs new management and employees. Or to be shut down. Dropping food on the ground and trying to serve it is crazy!!

After sitting in the outside drive thru line and being ignored I circled the building and got in a long line of cars only to make it to the speaker to see the other line was now working. Order, pay and then get sent to drive thru 1. Waited 45 mins. Was offered the wrong food. When I relayed what my actual order was, I was told they were out of some things. I said well I will need to be reimbursed because I already paid. Still waited, no food. We counted over 20 cars that came and went in drive thru line while we waited. We ordered double cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets, nothing special. Finally got back in a long line to talk to someone and requested a refund. I also attempted to call but the phone goes straight to voicemail. There were tons on teenagers hanging out, appearing to be friends with the staff. This is the second time I’ve experienced this in the evening with the teenagers and employees. The whole experience took an hour just to leave with an upset kid, frustrated and no food.

Store needs to close to hire new management & staff, total chaos & anarchy in the kitchen leads to wrong orders ,incredibly long wait times in drive thru & at the front counter, 45 minutes for a cup of coffee & arguments & fighting in the kitchen ,corporate needs to revoke franchise status …..the general public deserves better…

I have had it with this McDonalds. I am tired of trying to use Rewards Codes when more often than not I am told the “system” won’t take the code. It has reached the point that the only possible explanations are incompetence or intentional deception or both.

What’s the point of making people pay for sauce for y’all to still not put it in the bag? I spent $1.87 alone just on sauces just to get pulled to a drive thru parking spot and wait for you to still not give me what I paid for. If y’all hurtin for money that bad shut it down but to have to pay extra for sauce that should already come for the meal and still not get it is crazy.
