This McDonald’s has the most patient and overall best employees. I have observed several times that the employees have not been treated well, and they have responded with prompt action to address customer concerns rather than argue. I have been to this location 20+ times and they have never got my order wrong.

Came through this morning about 642am in the drive thru just for another customer to tell us that they don’t open until 7am. We had placed a mobile order to pick up, which went through. We pull around to the second window just to watch an employee doing tags, she finally comes over to let us know the GM said they open at 7am, we asked why were we able to place an online order then in which she says she’s not sure she is just doing what the gm is saying and that half the food wasn’t ultimately ready and there were 2 Doordash orders and an online order she couldnt complete. HOWEVER, she looked at our order and went to check if the items needed for our food were ready (just some chicken mcgriddles and 2 drinks) She did get our food! I know you guys lost about 12 customers, as we were counting.

I ordered food on there website which should be accurate since they approve it through corporate. There app said the location opens at 6am it allowed me to order when I get there they tell me they don’t open till 8 am. Also I was charged twice for my order so yeah that’s great. Then the worker threw her empty coffee cup at me. This all over some egg McMuffin and Monopoly.

I ordered the number 3 the double quarter pounder with cheese which came with some soggy fries and a side order of sass this McDonald’s has at least four different parking spots for vehicles to wait on their food at which should tell you something. They didn’t put the sausage we asked for in the bag although we were able to go back and get them after the lady picked them off of the floor when she dropped them by that time I wasn’t trying to shoot for excellence just said thank you and walked out quick before I got shot. I’d say overall impression was dim

As McDonald’s goes, this is one where they seem to take time to get your order correct & fix it for you if they don’t. It’s also right across from the public library if you’re hungry & can’t bring food into the library.
