This McDonald’s was not clean at all. One star lost for the cleanliness. The staff here was very friendly though and the food came up quick. My burger tasted great however my 6 piece chicken nuggets was mediocre. Another star lost. If the place had been clean and the nuggets good it would have been 5 stars.

Truck driver here I just want to report that everything went as accordingly at this McDonald’s workers were being professional. The area is clean I put in my ticket maybe 10 minutes later I got my order which was a big order and there was a lot of people so keep up the good work guys and girls and ladies

Would leave negative stars if possible “having two employees in there” is not an excuse for taking 35 minutes per vehicle and still not taking orders in that time. The location os right off the interstate where people are making long drives, if they cant manage to keep employees to keep people’s commutes going they should close and let another restaurant open. Had to cancel my order after waiting 30 minutes. Pathetic.

I go to that McDonald’s almost every day order something for myself and get a pup cup which in for those who don’t know is a cup of whipped cream for my dog got one yesterday. Today I go to get one and I’m told I have to pay 299 which is a price for a small Sunday basically a cup of ice cream. Your establishment staff are so slow your teenage evening crew are extremely rude and disrespectful to even expect 299 for whipped cream is ridiculous and then when I asked to speak to the manager and be spoken down to and condescended to I don’t think so I’d rather spend my money anywhere but that McDonald’s and I live right across the street from it but I will never give that McDonald’s my money again customer service you’re in a truck stop where dogs are coming you don’t think that would be something that you could offer to a paying customer is a cup of whipped cream? The new GM Sean needs to watch how he talks to customers. Could be where his lazy staff gets it they talk down to their customers too

Only in the area for work or traveling and stopped there after driving for over 5 hours nonstop. ordered two plain cheeseburgers and a nugget meal for my partner and I. we waited for 15-20 minutes meanwhile our cashier that was supposed to be giving us our food had a group of 8-10 of his friends come in and were very loud and goofing off. he said they were making fresh fries for us which we appreciate and i checked to make sure the burgers were plain other than cheese and ketchup and when we looked they were fine until we found out they laid onions, mustard, mayo, and pickles under the slices of cheese. we were already 20+ minutes down the road as i bit into it. there’s a reason we order from the kiosk and stress that they needed to be plain as onion and mayo cause me to break into hives and start to swell. absolutely ridiculous.

The service was unacceptable. In the Happy Meal, the fries were so few it looked like most of them disappeared before the order even reached us. Out of 6 nuggets, only 4 were in the box — as if someone got hungry while packing it. And instead of the toy that was supposed to be included, a completely different one was given.

I think there needs to be an investigation a recent incident involving an employee and a manager, Lynetta, as it pertains to customer service standards.
An employee mishandled my order and exhibited inappropriate behavior and continued to make rude comments. The situation was brought to the attention of Manager Lynetta, she failed to intervene or correct the employee’s unprofessional conduct (I say this because she was standing nearby and I don’t believe she couldn’t hear the exchange.)
This location lacks basic customer service. Employees are unprofessional towards customers.
I believe the girl working the drive thru tonight around 8:30 needs coaching to correct poor employee performance.

inside the pilot gas station, It was cold outside, The food was good and hot. Facility cleaning nicely decorated. The service was a little slow, access to the Pilot gas station was closed and caution taped off so we had to go back outside in the cold to get into the pilot gas station to use a restroom
