Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order — a Big Mac, two fries, and a shake — while my friends received their meals, ate, and were finished. We were just passing through on our way home, so we couldn’t keep waiting indefinitely.
There was a full staff working and no line inside, yet orders weren’t coming out. Even people from the drive-thru had to come inside to ask about their food. When my order finally came up, the fries were cold — despite fresh, hot fries just coming out moments before.
To make it worse, the associate (larger set young lady with glasses) was rude and didn’t acknowledge the delay or offer any apology for the inconvenience. No communication, no urgency, no accountability.
Completely disappointing experience. Long wait, poor service, cold food — and no reason for it.

Yuck. The food was gross (fries brown & cold, I asked for no onions on my burger & got onions, they forgot my pies so I went in & the pies they gave me were not cooked) I ordered a 2 pies, a burger, 2 happy meals, & 6 large meals.. I was charged for sauces to go with my MEALS. The young lady at the drive thru with braids had a funky demeanor like I was inconveniencing her for being there.. attitude was super NASTY!

I went to this McDonald’s and had to wait 20 minutes for our food. We were one of the only people in there and even after talking to the employee the continued to fill other people’s food. I understand if they were busy or did not have a lot of staff but that was not the case.

Last two times I’ve been to this location they have taken forever! This time they took 30 minutes to give me my food in the drive thru and I was the ONLY car in the drive thru. On top of that they gave me the wrong order so I went back and had to get my correct order plus a refund. I got home and my food was cold and didn’t have the correct condiments. 0/10

everytime i come here, i ask for extra onions, they give me none instead which is the very opposite of what i ask for. i would not recommend this mcdonald’s or the one located in Verona VA as they will also mess your order completely up. they can’t even get their fries right anymore.

Came for the Grinch meal. After getting in line they proceeded to only serve 1 side of the drive thru for 15 mins (I was blocked in couldnt change sides). Understandably took a long time altogether because of the Grinch drop. My issue is the beard hair in my food which made the entire experience a completely waste of time and money. Thankfully found it before it was in my mouth.

Your order is never right.They do not close, at twelve, they close at eleven p m.They asked you to pull to the front of the line so they can keep there, drive through times short and then completely forget that you ordered food and you have to drive all the way back around and go through line again
