Love my McDonalds coffee and breakfast options. Think this is my 1st time coming to this location.
Im an OTR Truckef. So you can park on the side on the dirt. When you leave go through McDonalds parking lot & gas station if you’re wondering or don’t feel like making a U Turn.

We were on a roadtrip and wanted to stop to go to the bathroom and get some food. We ordered on the app to pick up inside, and used the restrooms, which were clean. I came out of the bathroom, and my partner said that he wanted to eat inside. Someone brought our order out to us, which I was pleasantly surprised by because I had not told them I was picking up a mobile order. The fries were hot and crisp, and the chicken McNuggets tasted as expected. I ordered a McDouble and was surprised to see pickles on it, because I usually don’t get pickles. But it was an error on my part, not the kitchen’s. The inside was very clean and brightly lit, which made for a pleasant eating experience.

Nice, clean looking. Staff needs several thing done.
First, train them to understand the words their customers use like NO and numbers like 2 and 3.
Order was a disaster the cheeseburger no mustard, extra onions came back MUstard heavy on the pickle and about half a slice of cheese and not just a squirrel of the dam mustard the burger mechanic put mustard on it like it was an act of spite and hate. Easily 4 or 5 table spoons.
Very sweet server at the register. But I could hear the staff bitching loudly about everything including customer orders.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with extra pickle and get back on the interstate and realize they did not put any meat on either hamburgers. I did not order a bun with cheese onions pickles ketchup and mustard. Over $5 totally wasted. I actually called while still on the road. I explained that I wasn’t willing to turn around and add another 20-30 min to my already hours long trip to bring it back, but I wanted to make them aware. Whoever I talked to, (mgr??), just said “ok” and hung up on me. No apology. Nothing.

All the times I have been to this McDonald’s. At least 30% of the times the order has been wrong. One time I got a happy meal for my sister. We had asked for extra Fry’s and it came with the Fry’s but it didn’t even come with the nuggets! For some reason they had the audacity to add the sauce for the nuggets. 1 STAR!!!
