Friendly staff and the guy cleaning tables was very nice and friendly talkative and even asked if he could get us anything better then the one on 601 in mount airy our food was right and nobody had to run out of the restaurant to get us to wait because they forgot part of the order like the one on 601 plus we were not charged an upcharge on the drink for the meal like the one on 601

the service on october 2nd 2025 at around 9:30 is actually terrible and probably the worst i’ve seen at any McDonald’s. the closing crew needs to either be fired to or retold how to do their job when their on the clock. two people from my party had to literally shout several times to get at least one persons attention to ask for sauce because everyone who was supposed to be working was joking around/laughing loudly and messing around. and then once we were able to get one persons attention the rest of the crew proceeded to mock the costumers.

We arrive today around 11:50 yes I know it busy but it’s your job! Went thru the drive thru and was rushed to order so when I starting keeping on with my order the guy on the speaker was like “hold on mam I can’t rush l” well neither can I but you wanted me to so my son who is 2 beautiful little boy is autistic was super upset ,the guy couldn’t handle the crying while I was trying to order so besides asking me to come in or anything he tells me to have a good day well I’m shocked and not sure then the shift manger tells me to go to Wendy they don’t want my money all bc of my non verbal 2 year old who loves there fries was upset

Me and my family had traveled to the area for an event and stayed in Hillsville for a night and was close to this location so we walked to get food….we were hungry so we decided to go ahead and get the food since we wasn’t eating in the store and if that had been the case there is so way I could have or would have ate in this place it was disgusting trash overflowing and piled up and the whole lobby was just a mess

Today while getting our order in the drive thru the guy working the window dropped the drink tray in the car! Drinks spilled everywhere and he didn’t even apologize. Then refused to remake my smoothie which also spilt all in the car. But did remake the other drinks. Whatever happened to an apology when you do something wrong?

Trash. We counted the burgers ✔️ we counted the fries ✔️ we counted the dipping sauces ✔️ no drink cups. Had to ask. Received. Back onto thruway ✔️ and zero nuggets 4 people ordered. I just got order 1695 through the mobile app. The fries were overdone. The mcdouble looks and tastes like it was cooked 3 hrs ago. The Nuggets were good though. Not the experience I expect at McDonald’s. Bathrooms were disgustingly dirty in the stalls. Main area by sinks was clean, though. Definitely not stopping here again!
