So today me , my wife and our 4 yr old nephew made an order online and when we were at the window paying for the order they asked us to pull over to the side so we did and after another 3 minutes we were served and on our way home. Since we placed the order online and they had a 10 minute head start, I didn’t think I would have to check the order in this situation.. Wrong! The nephews 4 piece mcnugget,smh. But, I called them and the manager took my name down and said any time I can come by for that . That is good business!

I can in store and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before I was waited on. The girl who took my order had a bad attitude, wasn’t friendly at all. Food can pretty quick but the fountain drinks were flat and no napkins. I hate being petty but this McDonald’s is always like this. My value meal was $14.59. Not seeing the value.

Food was hot, fresh, and my order correct. I was charged for Grinch socks even tho they ran out as the silly corporate suits who control the app did not remove the option. The manager/shift lead handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. He gave me my refund back in cash. Very grateful. 10/10.

its so expensive any more to eat out. I went to Mcdonalds the other evening and got 2 large sweet teas and a large fry which came up to 9 and some change. You would think that if you pay 4.95 or 4 and some change anyways that when they ask you if you want ketchup and you say yes they would give you more then 2 packs!! Comeon guys its a large fry!! Everything elsa was great!!

Went through the DT and the girl on the headset was so incredibly rude to me 3 different times! I pulled around to the window and the manager came to the window and told me to leave. I am going to report this to the owner of the store.

Have ordered here a few times using my app. I order before I leave but every time we go we wait over 30 minutes for our food. The first time I just shrugged it off because I figured they were busy or understaffed. But 2 more times it has happened. There is no reason to wait that long at a fast food restaurant . Every time I end up having to go inside but still end up waiting at least another 5 to 10 minutes. Then when we finally get our food, everything is cold and old. From now I will just drive to Dublin if my kids want chicken nuggets!

The manager Madison was extremely nice and very polite. Gave me my food with such joy and happiness. That girl is a sweetheart probably the best manager I’ve seen in that place. Will definitely be coming back
