Love it here. They’re always fast and friendly. The food is hot and fresh. They have the best coffee ever. The restaurant is always clean, including the bathrooms. Always greeted by a friendly face when you walk in. I have no complaints. They even brought the snack wrap back! Ten out of ten if you ask me. I have never had any issues.

Such lazy employees. Always forget half the food. Ask you to pull around and they forget your stuff. Asked man employee to bring the rest apparently he was to lazy to bring the rest of the food. But these fast food employees keep wanting more money.

The absolute worst mcdonalds I have ever been too. From the inability to read service, to the fact their patties are riddled with holes, to the inability to provide proper customer service such as completing an order correctly. I would leave zero stars if I could as this store out of a year of ordering has NEVER completed an order correctly. Do not go here. I repeat, do not come to this specific store. I had to assemble my sandwich myself. Absolutely abysmal.
UPDATE 2025:
I won’t delete my previous review, nor remove the photos. I will say their breakfast tram is much better than lunch or dinner, though.

This place actually sucks 99% of the time they pulled our car and waited 20 mins on TWO cheese burgers and they couldn’t even get the order correct???? And half of the employees look and act high out of their mind and they not even tell me my total until I’ve sat at the first window for 5 mins. We call to tell them “hey why did we get pulled for 20 mins for food to be wrong” and we’re told “sorry it’s a new crew” TRAIN THEM BETTER IDK???

Waited 20 minutes for a curbside order. 2 coffees not even made correctly. If you can’t balance drive thru and curbside then don’t even have curbside. Do better.

I visit here when I come this area. A good gathering point for people. His place gets a lot of customers because of its placement. Best western of Wise hotel is just beside it and you can jump from your room to McDonald’s to eat.
