This is a fast food restaurant, I ordered 1 carmel frape and waited 20 minutes only to have to go inside to get my money back and explain how long I had been sitting and waiting watching other frapes be handed out the window the cashier that finally came to give my money back was rude. I understand it gets very backed up and busy but when you see them holding a frape out the window waiting on the person to pull up and get it and you’re STILL WAITING, that is terrible customer service. It’s like this often at this particular McDonalds branch and will be my last time wasting my time here.

It’s been getting worse over the last few months service sucks. If you dont have 40 mins to waste i wouldnt attempt going. They’ve been leaving my family in the 3rd window for over half hour because they’ve been forgetting us don’t know if they high but couple times they seemed it. Worsted part was it was the managers doing it. I tried telling one this evening after being forgotten yet agian she just walked away. Be last time going their.

Same experience drove to window, no service, upper window was moving swiftly though and 4 cars were luckily in front of me! For over a week no sugar free vanilla iced coffee! What is the problem? Failed to order it? There are a couple of very nice employees, one the older lady (not old, but older than the others), very nice and a young blonde. Both are very efficient employees. Another bad problem is the excessive use of “baby” “honey” “darling” etc. Inappropriate in my opinion, and should be omitted.

Where have we been welcomed in such warm manner at a McDonald’s?! We had to travel 6 hours away from our city life to experience a welcoming & friendly staff at this McDonald’s! We were really surprised at the patience the staff had while we placed our order for 4 people. The sweetness was genuine. The food was so much fresh and better than most other outlets. Then we parked our car just in front of the beautiful snow clad mountains and enjoyed our food and the rest of our stay at this lovely town of Lebanon!

The food is awful. Literally everytime I get chicken nuggets, they’re either undercooked or way too old and hard to eat. I literally gave them another chance after weeks and was quickly reminded why I quit eating here
