My elderly family went through the drive through and argued with them that you could only get a 6 piece nugget in a happy meal when i had just gone through the drive through yesterday and got a 6 piece meal. Then everything was just thrown into the box with everything spilled and the fries were so stale and some completely raw that when you bit into it sounded like a chip and there were cold frozen parts in the fries. Not to forget the missing condiments that they tend to forget every time we order at this mcdonald’s.

How has this place not been closed yet? The wait time for food is outrageous. You’ll be asked to pull forward(so they can mark your order as fulfilled) then you’ll sit for 20-30 minutes(sometimes more) and when you finally get your food the order is incorrect, cold or both. This has been an ongoing issue for the past couple of years and hasn’t ever been addressed. Close the place already.

Food is always wrong in one way or another, always have to pull into a spot and food is never hot. Last time was worse but I just figured they were having a bad day. Last time we waited 30 minutes. They gave our food to the wrong car. One order was completely forgot about. The other was wrong. Overall just not a great experience multiple times now sadly.

My kids just had to sit in the drive thru for 45 mins for 2 burgers, large fry and 2 large drinks. One employee had on pajama pants on instead of the pants that should go with his uniform. The kitchen looked awful. The manager Dreama is super rude and our order was wrong.

Weekday seems to have it together. Food is always correct and fast. Night is a whole different story. They will park you doesn’t matter what you order. One night 6 orders were parked. Gotta hit those drive thru times. They are not friendly. The food is always wrong. Have to get an extra bag so I can Go thru my entire order before I leave. Keep saying try one more time. Going to Taco Bell and Wendy’s.

Make sure you have a lot of time to wait on your food. I placed an order online and drove for 10 minutes before arriving. I was asked to park along with six other cars. You would think ordering ahead would be a plus but not here. Very disappointing as cars after me received their food first. I finally asked how long and no response. Total time waiting 30 minutes.

The food is always correct in my experience. But you better have extra time to wait. This locations cares more about metrics on time instead of customer service and will never fail to make you pull forward into a spot and make you wait 20 minutes for an order. If youre expecting the food to be fast please go to any other location in this town.

Came through and figured to grab dinner, multiple issues, cashier seemed snobby and poor attitude when we gave her a large bill, fries were not filled up properly and the fries we did get even were rock hard and stale like they had been sitting out for an hour.
McCrispy strips were not crispy at all and felt rubbery on the inside, breading was falling off on the outside.
And glad we went to get extra sauces to cause they didn’t even have the ones we should have gotten for our order in the bag.
All in all? Not great.. Or worth the $15+ dollars

First of all, we came to get our food, around 1pm Sunday November 9th. We sat in the packing lot for 40 minutes while every other person in drive through went and got their food. When my father went in to get our food he got it and 2 fries were missing and so was his food. He went back in there and the manager at the time (who said they bagged the food) said that if we have an issue with how they bad the food they need to go somewhere else. They gave us really horrible service and I hope something is done about the manager who clearly can’t manage bagging food properly and is disgusting rude to the customers.
