This is by far my favorite location in the Roanoke and surrounding area. On any given weekday you may see two long lines but trust me this crew breeze through them. The Supervisor knows who is pleasant fast and accurate to put at the window. I’ve also never received a wrong order they get it right by verifying the order multiple times. Yes , 9 out of 10 times their Ice-cream machine is working.

Showed up at 11:30 pm on 8/24 and was greeted by the drive through employee. They said to hold on a minute. A couple seconds later a guy came out the back kitchen door yelling we’re closed, we’re closed. I politely asked why the drive through person greeted me? And why online it says open 24 hours? I left without ordering. The guy was extremely rude. I never leave reviews or complaints but I absolutely will never buy food at this McDonald’s again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Food is good, fresh and hot, usually. The major issue that I’ve had with this location is the cleanliness of it. It’s never very clean, and always has random trash lying about. It wasn’t always like this, was always clean, but lately, not so much.

Food was hot, not upset with service can’t say about atmosphere while the lobby was open this day. We tried two days before to find lobby closed with a small letter size notice posted on door. They do have electronic sign think they would use it? I am physically challenged.

We take our grandchildren frequently to McDonald’s, they love it! We get ice cream cones after eating, good soft serve. My favorites at McD are their breakfast entrees. Sure wish they would bring back the McRib!

I don’t wanna say, it’s McDonald’s but… It’s McDonald’s. Ice cream machine has been down a while (more than at least 10 days), their menu reflects the strawberry shortcake mcflurry but A. Can’t get one if the ice cream machine is broken and B. Was told by staff that location didn’t offer it. So my gripe is, if your location doesn’t offer the thing, don’t put it on your menu boards via drive through.
