While this used to be a 5-Star location. It has slipped. From having McNuggets taste as if they were old (best description I can come up with) to missing items regularly. This review is under delivery. Which is the most recent and final straw. Missing 10 of 20 nuggets and zero out of the 6 requested sauces. The fries arrived extremely cold. This maybe to be expected your thinking with delivery? Nope! I can get a delivery from a location with a longer drive time as well… Always fresh always hot.. Not yet missing items…. Management? Is this the issue? Idk the people working the windows are friendly enough. But I prefer my food to be hot and to exist in the first place over a happy go lucky experience. Its not so happy go lucky to come home and split your food up so everyone can eat.
If you wanted to send this to corporate… Good luck the receipts for delivery have no store number which is required to contact corporate on the website. So I will have to go out of my way to call in lieu of sending an email.
Hate to be a “Karen” (Sorry Karen’s reading this, I’m sure your all great women, just happens to be the coined phrase) but this location has went from a beats expectations location to a fairly reviewed location. I scored low as I feel the overall does not match this locations current standings.
I avidly avoid this location and get food from the many surrounding locations these days over having to call and deal with refunds.

The girl who took my order over the speaker was curt and rude. Once I actually got my food she didn’t say a word to me when handing me the bag, or before I left; ex. “Have a good night!” I feel like it’s not that hard to be polite and on top of it my fries had been carelessly thrown in the bag on top of my sandwich. Personally I don’t want to eat fries that have touch the sandwich wrapper that employees have touched, assuming with no gloves. I might be a bit of a germaphobe but do better and take the extra 10 seconds to set the fries up right so I’m not digging in the bag

This is the best McDonald’s in the county. They are always on point. Sometimes the app glitches or they get an order wrong, but they always fix it. Whenever I’ve had an issue management has handled it promptly and politely. I appreciate good service and you’ll definitely get it at the Vinton McDonald’s.

Please get more efficient with your drive thru. It’s nothing for me to be sitting in one lane while 3-4 cars go through in the other lane and I’m still waiting for someone to come on the speaker. It’s very frustrating. I’m not sure if the employee working that speaker isn’t paying attention or they’re trying to multitask but whatever it is, it really needs attention. Other than that everything else is fine. Thank you!

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to understand the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger and the only thing I get is a hamburger only ketchup. I came in there today and they messed my order up and gave me cheeseburgers only ketchup instead. Had to drive out of my way to get back to mcdonald’s just to fix my order. I went inside to get my order fixed and they messed it up again putting onions on my hamburger, only ketchup. Like seriously. I didnt check it till i got all the way back home over 3 miles away thinking they got it right this time but no they did not. More money in the trash.

I don’t even know how to explain the experience I just had… first the girl started booming through the speaker, then stated they were out of bacon cheese burgers and that I could only get a regular cheese burger, so I asked if they were out of bacon she said no….. So how are you out of bacon cheese burgers I asked? She started to yell over top of me to say “We just don’t have it” We finally reach the window to pay and another girl pushes the order taker out of the way to state the frappè machine was down so “what did we want to do, stay or leave?” We obviously left. I genuinely understand that customer service jobs are incredibly difficult, but please, please, if you can’t handle the job or people find a different job. That was embarrassing and rude to say the least.

Got a Big Mac meal to go and it was nasty, no napkins or ketchup, fries were cold, Big Mac tasted terrible. Will never go back. My burger was even cold.

Had a Mcdonald’s monopoly for a free fry. Skylar , cashier said, I could use it but would not process. The shift manager Meagan said, it expired . I stated, online states, can use till November 23rd. Meagan acting rude, jerked the free fry piece out of my hand, threw the puzzle piece in trashcan by front cash register and told Skylar, just give it to her. This was Saturday, November 15th at approximately 430pm. Camera will show interaction. I will NOT go to this Mcdonald’s again if I see this shift manager in there!!!
