Really need workers paying attention to the front. Customers are always having to stand and wait way longer than they should to be noticed. Ive witnessed this alot recently. The girl workers will stand and talk and not even think to check if someone is waiting up front. Ridiculous That should be one of the main priorities, the customer service!!

Overall terrible service from management Maribel Chacon did terrible job. I was trying to use my mobile coupon on a biscuit bacon egg and cheese around 4.50 to make it 2.50 and was ended up being charged 2.50 for a 2.29 sausage biscuit that was buy one for 2.29 get 1 for a dollar was over charged on sausage biscuit and what I was trying to use promo on and explained that to the manager after she told me how to get the bacon egg and cheese for the promo she refused to help me or refund me. I ended up paying an additional 6 dollars which I could’ve saved and the manager was rude once again her name was Maribel and on top of it all did not provide me with a good customer service experience and just refund me or just give me something to substitute the price and she was very rude and refusing to help this happened on jan1,2026 terrible way to start the year if you ask me. Would give 0 stars if I could.
