Nope, they had no tea, we ordered soda and when we pulled around the drive thru they had a jug of store bought tea sitting in the drive thru window… Then we got our food and the nuggets were over cooked so bad we couldn’t eat them .. do better McDonald’s!!

We love our Pearisburg McDonald’s. We always stop by on our way to Church on Sunday mornings. They are always fast and nice. That being said, my daughter always orders a French Vanilla Iced Coffee. One lady that works there always makes it great and have told her that. Could there be any possible way others could learn to make it the correct way. I could not count how many times we have gotten one made by another person and it always tastes terrible. There is always too much cream and no vanilla. We never take it back because we don’t want to be a bother but just wanted to leave some constructive criticism. Working for the public is the hardest job anyone can have so we are always appreciative of all employees who do this for a living.

Ran in and ordered on the self serve portal. When the order was complete I wasn’t given a cup to go with the meal. When I asked for one it was a hassle. No tea in the lobby self serve area so again asked the staff, again a hassle for them. Got home with my sandwich, a Big Mac, and there was no lettuce, no onions, no pickles…it’s sad that the kitchen can’t properly execute the most popular item on McDonalds menu. Quality control at this location has gotten very poor.

They have a old RUDE and unprofessional woman that works there that yelled at me and called me rude for trying to explain the miscommunication in something done wrong in my order. She kept cutting me off while I was nicely trying to explain the situation like she knew exactly what we were trying to order so when my husband was trying to calm me down because I was getting mad at her being so disrespectful and how she was trying to argue with me when I was simply trying to ask about something she yelled “you didn’t have to be so rude” then slammed the drive threw window on us and stormed off.

Burnt nuggets that had obviously been sitting out for awhile. It’s to the point where my order is messed up every 2 or so times that I go. While the service isn’t exceptional, I’ve only had a worker be particularly rude. Most of the time they are just unbothered/uninterested in your presence there.

Cashier got the orders mixed up, I had two double quarter pound with cheese and two small fry. Gave him a 20 dollar bill. Then he gave me $10.20 back got to the 2nd window and they tried say I owed more money. My bill was close to 20 bucks for what I got. I gave them the $10.20 back then I said CHECK YOUR SECURITY CAMERAS I PAID 20 AT WINDOW ONE… GUY GAVE ME INCORRECT CHANGE BACK WHICH WAS THE $10.20 Then the 2nd window said the cashier was gonna cover my order as he messed up. Anyhow I got my foot but never got ANY of my change back. Employees can’t do math. Most sorry business I ever met

Everything was good except that they have a fish sandwich which I believe to be #7 on the menu, the fish taste was way over powering and was not able to finish. Everything else I ordered was good for the price paid for it.

Last night around 8pm I went into the store, placed my order on the computer and stood there for 20 minutes wasnt greeted, didnt get my cups.. after 20 minutes had passed I asked a woman when my order was gonna be ready. I had been waiting 20 minutes she huffed said they were short staffed and would rush it. Then proceeds to hand me the complete wrong order. After explaining she tried giving that order out to a different customer and got upset that he asked her to remake it I asked for my cups atleast, was ignored again. I finally get my cups and order my food is cold I just bit the bullet and left. Also, I observed a man who was doing chicken nuggets who did NOT have gloves on, he was running his hand through his hair. Disgusting
