Most recent visit was much more mediocre than my last. The drink/self serve section is now completely empty so now you can’t even get ketchup or sodas, napkins or anything else without asking (seems to be a new McDonald’s thing, which I HATE). Service was extremely slow, then very quick. It took forever for anyone to acknowledge my existence, but then my food came out in less than 3 minutes and was very hot.
Overall, still relatively good, and slightly better than it used to be.

The service was terrible. I went through the drive through line and had to wait on the cashier while he finished sending a text message on his phone. Then I had to wait on my food and when I got to work I realized I was given the wrong food.

I went through drive-thru. The order-taker was polite and didn’t rush me to take my order. Got to the 1st window, I was kindly greeted , paid for the order and directed to the 2nd windows to pick up. The gentleman was really polite and kind, He handed me my order and I asked for a cup and he didn’t charged me.
I pulled off and didn’t check my order and when I parked. My son’s burger was completely wrong so I had to walk into the store and exchange it for the correct burger because he is lactose intolerant and also autistic so he has sensory issues with food. That is why im only giving 4 stars for his sandwich being messed up and I had to still go inside to exchange it and make it right even though it was rung up right.

They constantly get my order wrong. We wait at the curbside and end up having to go inside. If my kids didn’t like your fries so much we wouldn’t even eat there.

Very bad services because by drive thru said me only take 2 mobile order with attitude for only 2 coffe and 1 happy meal then give me the happy meal and send me at parking for the coffe and I’m waiting for more than 20 minutes horrible experience I never come at this McDonald’s

This McDonald’s always disappoints,I honestly don’t know why I keep giving them another chance. The food 9/10 isn’t fresh and 9/10 employees act like they have no common knowledge. They can’t even get an order right most the time and want to blame the customer when they are the one putting the order in when you tell it to them. It’s just ridiculous!

Lady working the first window in the drive thru read off two other people’s orders before I had to tell her from scratch what my order was, left the drive thru to no surprise, end up with someone else’s order.
