how hard is it to read the sticker? why even put the sticker on the sandwich if you’re not going to make it right? NO PICKLES. to top that off there was no extra mac sauce or extra onions. there was only 4 onions on the first patty and 3 on the other. just ridiculous. half the time they can’t even put it all in the bag

Went through drive thru and placed order. Sandwiches were made wrong and the sweet tea was unsweetened tea. Took the sandwiches in to be remade. They remade them again 2 times and STILL got them wrong. My friend complained about the tea and the girl that practically threw out food at us in drive thru got belligerent and made threats and come out from behind the counter. Got up in my friends face like she was going to do something. 2 managers were on duty and never once did they reprimand her or have her escorted off McDonalds property. She should have been fired on the spot for her behavior. My friend has a pacemaker which got her all worked up and she experienced chest pains and was so mad and upset that she has been sick for the last 2 days over it. Something needs to be done to this employee and the managers for not handling it the way they should have. This was the McDonalds in Dublin, VA Store #11105. We got the employees first and last name from the guy manager that was on duty. If I could leave NO stars I would.

All around it was great for McDonald’s . I used the app to order ahead of time for pick up inside. Use restrooms and it was clean and well stocked. Staff were friendly. Food took a little longer than normal but to be expected on the launch day of the grinch meal. Lobby trash cans needed emptied and were overflowing. Sweet tea urns were also empty

The lady in the drive thru messed up my order. The teen at the pickup window had an issue giving me the correct drink because She put in the computer with ice so he should not have to make another without. I then got home to eat my Big Mac and it’s not even on a bun!! I call and speak to the assistant manager and am told they are out of Big Mac buns. REALLY!!!!! Why not put it on a different bun!!!!!

We used the drive thru and ordered a egg cheese and bacon on a biscuit with a hash brown, iced coffee and two egg and sausage McMuffins… In the bag we only got two egg and bacon McMuffins. Iced coffee was terrible. Stale and No taste. Had to go in to fix the order.

I am guaranteed to be disappointed with my orders 3 / 4 times. Condiments, napkins or staws rarely make it in my bag. Usually they leave out an item or 2 that I purchased, so i have to drive all the way back to get it, and I’m never offered ANYTHING for my trouble, not even a coupon! Lol. And ALWAYS my meals are just tossed togegher. Today, along with my families order, I purchased Mcrib. It was the driest Mcrib I have ever seen! And of course the pickles and onions just tossed on one side. I understand that it’s not a 5 restaurant, but where ever you work, make the best of it and do your job with care and compassion. The little things in Life (or in mcdonalds) can really make an impact on a person or place.
